Had sent my harley street 750 for rotor asy repair at their khoparkhairne workshop in Sept 2020,they quoted Rs 25000 which i okayed in writing; After 9 months of holding bike they hv now raised invoice of nearly double ie Rs 49,000/- No justification or intimation given and now after so many months holding me and my bike still to ransom ; I am so distressed.

Worst experience ever , Even after booking my service a week prior with Ms.Trupti from harley service team still my bike was not serviced less staffing or least interested not sure. Mr.Austin the service advisor promised me my bike will be serviced and get delivered the next day however they did no even touch my bike.I rather get my bike serviced from a local garage. This is not at all expected from Harley team.

Located in the same compound as other garages, more of a service center than a showroom, have bikes for test rides also available, super friendly staff

The showroom is small but filled with 6 to 7 bikes from different categories, really helpful staff who are well informed of the products available.

I had very negative experience with 1 of the staff members there,they dont give delivery on time.First they told me 1 week after the payment its almost 2 weeks yet no bike delivery even after full payment.pathetic

Cheap disgusting staff! Road side buggers are better. They should not be freaking sitting inside the showroom selling bikes. They should be on the streets doing what they can do best. Totally disheartening experience. Suggest that try other store

Got a fab test ride of my fav street 750...delight to ride .....what a bike.....

I travelled from Canada, arrived in Mumbai on a Saturday, checked on line if it was open, it was, hired a taxi, drove 45 minutes in traffic to arrive and discover it was closed for renovation. The guys outside the dealership refused to let me in. They told me to drive 40 km to the main store. I pleaded with them saying I ventured all this way and I verified online that they were open. After a few minutes they called, I guess it was to their boss, and finally let me go inside and make my purchases. A Harley owner is never refused when he ventures to a dealership, even in far off Mumbai, India. Kudos to Seven Islands and the boys working that Saturday, for going the extra mile and making it happen.

The only Harley Davidson showroom in mumbai. Its a one way Street which you have to enter from SV Road towards Link Road. This place offers no discount and every accessory is very expensive but the bikes are worth their price.
