The place is okay.. amazing ambience.. very picturesque however the amenities are no where close to a 5 Star that they claim to be.. rooms are small and compact.. the food is delicious.. service is quick.. would love to visit again if i see improvement in the amenities..

Rooms were smaller then expected and didnt fulfil my special request but provided all other amenities.

The experience was amazing. The staff made sure that our day was special. The decoration was so beautiful, the food was amazing. They even take videos and photos professionally. Many things are customisable and they make according to our needs, specially the food, as my girlfriend was just recovering from jaundice.

I went here to give certification exams through simplylearn. Given the location,area it is decently build with spce to sit around. Exams are conducted at 6th floor - isolated and no disturbance. Lift works and stairs case have plenty of scenery on the wall. Parking is subject to the timing you visit.

I celebrated my birthday here.So we booked a 4 hour rooftop slot.The place was extremely well decorated.The setup also included an entire mutli course meal, right from welcome drinks to starters /appetizers, soup, main course and desserts!They had arranged for a projected on which we could project any movie we like. We were given access to Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney hotstar, etc.Overall, the experience was amaze! I really fun way to celebrate the day of your special one!

The first time we college friends (including females) had booked this place. It was quite good. It was my second time booking at this place with my friends (again including few female colleagues). However, my booking was cancelled this time as my female friends were not the same as the last ones. They said its their hotels policy.. what kind of a rule is that??? You guys mean to say a person should only have one female friend????? I was unaware about that and i really doubt if there is any rule as such. The receptionist had a cheap mentality. May god bless him.

The stay was pathetic. I would give 0/5 for the management. The boiler takes 30-40 min for the shower to throw hot water. What nonsense. I book for a package that includes breakfast and I had confirmed on the call that it’s a buffet. The next morning they say sorry breakfast not included u will have to pay extra.After arguing with the hotel management team they say we are sorry the system showed wrong update and there is no buffet as we don’t have enough customers.And the list goes on and on. In short I have wasted my weekend getaway here. I’d rather suggest to spend some more and go else where. Very poor service and pathetic management.

Me and my fiance had planned just a nights stay but we ended up extending for a day more. The hotel in itself is gorgeous too look at both exterior as well as its interior design. Its beautifully placed art all around the hotel makes you feel like youre in an art exhibition. Enough said about the looks as the courteous staff supports it with excellent hospitality. The food was gobsmacking delicious and at a surprisingly reasonable price. We will definitely be visiting in the near future. Cheers team Dragonfly, youve got new regulars 🍻😁

I wanted to arrange something special for dinner as it was 4th Weeding anniversary.Had a great experience since the beginning until the end of my reservation for romantic dinner in Dragon Fly Hotel. This became our favorite Hotel. The food is authentic but perhaps not spicy enough for the locals but excellent quality. The staff are simply amazing, gracious, friendly, and respectful. The food decor is very elegantly presented and decorated.

The staff was great plus the interior was very attractive and well maintained. Food could’ve been better. The music system in the room was too good as we had gone for a birthday the decoration was on point better than expected would love to visit again. Also the staff was helpful and welcoming

Its a good hotel. Food, Location, Room size, everything was good. Staffs were well trained and courteous. Had a good stay.

The vibe was off, its tacky from the outside, and the rooms are just meh. You dont feel like staying there for more than 5 hours. Food was however good. The people (Staff) are very judgemental about couples I feel. They stared at me to be honest, not a great experience.

Disappointing we made two reservations and were on our way from Town and Bhayandar on submitting our I.ds the FOE suddenly tells us the ac is not working how does this even add up???It was very obvious after a call & after having submitted our i.d.s something transpired.Pls understand how inconvenienced we were and stranded in this blazing heat

The rooms are good and decent.They maintain decent hygiene.However the service could be better.Parking is on the main street outside the hotel. The valet cannot be trusted..I noticed my car was moved without reason.Only toiletries provided is soap and a dental kit for 1. The checkout time is early and they kept calling to vacate even after informing. So the stay didnt end on a good note. They dont provide ice However, the restaurant downstairs serves good food though.

I dont wish to give this hotel any stars, because it do not deserve it. I booked a room here and there was no where written on the policy description that if you are a couple you should come together while the checkin, my partner was supposed to come few hours later, but when I reached there alone, first of all I waited like half an hour there for my turn at the reception and when I asked them they started saying in a rude way that they cannot allow me to go to the room alone, my partner should be there with me. I requested due to some work my partner is stuck, and also said please,its just a matter of few hours, but they said a NO straight on my face. And also they were not responding properly as if they are not interested. I travelled 10km to come there and again had to struggle to search for another hotel by standing near the streets. So disgusting.They really made my day worst by that service.

The hotel was nice room was properly sanitized before checkin service was great I particularly liked the food quality its a bit on the expensive side I mean 650 INR for a simple paneer gravy and 4 chapattis. However the quality makes up for it and service was prompt. Just one gripe that the rooms doesnt have opening windows or air ventilation so if the person who stayed before you have smoked in the room the smell will linger around. Overall I enjoyed my stay easy to recommend.
