Worst service ever! Never ever buy anything from this place. We bought 2 Air Conditioners from their Showroom in Goregaon West SV road.The person who came to install the AC was very rude. Wouldnt answer properly and very very arrogant. Secondly, he made some mistake while installing one AC because of which there is always gas leakage problem in that AC every 2 months. The other A.C. is working fine.Rahul Electronics never picks up their phone. We had taken a warranty from Rahul for 3 years and have atleast 7-8 different customer care numbers that no one picks up. Everytime we want to call them for servicing, no one picks up on any of their number. Then we have to go to their showroom to complaint. The manager over there says call us and book for servicing. We dont take complaints personally. What are we supposed to do then. We had to threaten them with complaint in consumer court and only then they sent someone to do the servicing.Horrible after sales service.

Pathetic service never buy anything from this store, they got 5 numbers 3 numbers are out of service and 2 numbers they dont answer. I have ordered a TV it has been delivered but nobody has come for the installation its almost 24 hrs worst experience.

Please dont buy anything from Rahul Electronics. They have 2 showrooms hardly 20 meters away on S.V. Road Goregaon.They will give you great discounts, but they will not deliver your product. It took me 15 days to get my product, they dont respond to your calls. The LG showroom manager is a goon and arrogant fellow. The colour which I have selected for my product was delivered, I have to compromise on that and we were forced to select black colour.Go to a branded shop like Vijay Sales or Croma atleast they care for their customers.Be smart and be attentive, do not fall prey to their discounts.

Very bad service of Rahul electronic. Not attending complaint on time. I had purchase one DK tv from Rahul electronic last year but now I complaint for tv no one has serious about complaints. They are given different different contact number evry day to follow up the complainant. I suggest that dont buy any product from Rahul electronic. Hello,I didn’t wish to write a review at all but now due to circumstances I have to write one. It’s the WORST possible place to buy any electronics from .we had bought a tv almost a year back with 3 yrs of warranty and word of Mr.Sachin Saying it’s their own brand and they are the ones manufacturing it so just incase anything goes wrong they will take care of it. Unfortunately within 6months the Tv got spoilt.They did replace it but with a faulty piece which was informed to them very moment saying it’s an old faulty piece and within 2 days that also got spoilt, now My parents who are 60+yrs have been going to the store itself every week and bringing it to their notice about the situation.Mr.Sachin and team has been very unprofessional and ignorant and rude towards us and have turned deaf ear towards the situation.I request everyone NOT TO BUY any product from Rahul electronics as they just cheat people and their after sales services are not at all acceptable.

Worst customer service! My biggest mistake was buying a TV from here. The staff is not cooperative and does not know how to talk with customers.They take no action for complaints. If you are still willing to buy electronics from here, be ready to lose your mind and waste your money if you need to get your appliance serviced.Its been a month and my TV is still not back from repairing. They have no courtesy and customer service is ZERO.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE. I SERIOUSLY HOPE THIS PLACE SHUTS DOWN!

We order a fridge. Wait for 2 days to get a new one rather a display piece or a replacement from other customers... There was no response from RAHUL ELECTRONIC or from the whirlpool for the same. There were a lot of defects in the fridge that we got but nothing was considered. All credit goes to RAHUL ELECTRONIC.

This place do not provide service as said. Even after one month of payment, delivery is not done.

One of the worst electronic shops for sure. We bought two ACs last year + extended warranty by Rahul electronics.In the span of a year, out ACs have been giving cooling issues (at least 6-7 times). After a year (post blue star warranty), cooling issues happened every month. This clearly shows that the product they sold was definitely old. Secondly, their extended warranty is a waste! They do not take ownership at all!Secondly, their customer service call centre is worse than HDFC to be honest! No etiquettes! They don’t know how to speak; complete useless!Lastly, their engineers!! So called engineers! They don’t know how to fix issues & on top of that, they are shabby.Guys, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM RAHUL ELECTRONICS!!! TRUST ME ON THIS!!!

They got the worst service I have ever seen. We bought 2 ACs from here with extended warranty over an year and half back. In the past one year the ACs have broke down at least 8-9 times. Shelling out on their extended warranty is a mistake. They got no sync up with their customer care department nor internally as well their engineersTheir customer care is no good either. They lack the basic etiquettes to talk to the customer. It was so frustrating to talk to them, they hung up on us twice,n so we insisted Rahul electronics to handle our complaint internally.Now it has been 3 days that our AC is not working yet I am struggling to get them to work on thisThey will say they will call back..well dont wait if they told you so..you will not get a call backThey dont have any responsiblity towards the customer nor their situationsWe regret buying our ACs from here, worst decision everTrust me guys, this is one option you can undoubtedly skip, go for some other electronic shops

We had purchased microwave convection on 30h Oct.20 from this shop. while delivery we did not received oven tray as per given manual. Now Rahul electronic as well as LG company both are not excepting their fault . This is second time we received bad experience.

Dont even feel like giving one star, my dad went to their shop to enquire about an AC and that sales guy didnt treat him well. If u want to buy something from their shop make sure u wear something branded or go by a car or have an iPhone with you only then their sales agent will help you buy something or else u will be treated with disrespect.

Waching machine delivery after 15 days from payment.When we make payment they promise to deliver product in 3days but no proper answer after payment .When I ask for refund then the manager schin is abuse me and refused to give refund. Avoid purchasing any product from this shop. They have two shops within 100m distance.My father (senior citizen & Kidney patient (CKD)) went to their shop and bought 3 major products ( LG washing machine, Aquaguard (Crystal) & Carrier 1 ton AC on 20/6/19. The sales person convinced my father & sold him Old stock products & the final bill amount was Rs.61,000/- When I calculated the bill amount was much less. 13,500/- washing machine, 32,000 /-1 ton carrier 3 start durafresh AC & 7800/- Crystal Aquaguard. 3000/- they charged extra for 3yrs AC service. Installation they have charged extra (5000/-)..When I went to confront, they behaved rudely with me. Vijay sales is better, or else do thorough research and then place order either online or from reliable shops.Such electronics shop like Rahul electronics should be shut down for looting innocent citizens.

Rahul electronics has much varities of tv, fridge, washing machines, cellphones, water purifier, iron, etc. They have their own company tvs named dk and they are amazing. Also, they accept debit card emi on hdfc and axis bank for 3-6-9-12 months. Must purchase from here.
