No 24hrs water supply, worst parking with faulty car lift, big swimming pool but empty one no water on it. No play area for kids, VAS is one of the bad n unprofessional developer setup with no luxury or basic amenities.. never think to buy a house here

Well structured and artistically well located with spacious rooms and more importantly close to Railway Station and other required places. Well crafted area with great entrance and great amenities. A perfect stay to your dream living in a city of hustle and bustle like Mumbai.

Bastards wants to celebrate every festival but never look into water issues. Mumbai has no problems of water but this building has daily water issues, everyone has given fake good reviews, i suggest not to buy house in this bldg, the builder himself isnt professional, construction is his Hobby..

Good residential location : you will find a Borivali east west bridge, walkable distance to Borivali station, there are lot of good restaurants near society, korakendra ground is at walkable distance, Society is peaceful and good the only problem is parking for guest or visitors, most of the societys open space is used up by car parking, indoor sports available but no play ground for childrens
