Super good staff. Helpful and polite. Only thing is they need to be told about their discount and voucher schemes in detail. The instructions to be blamed bcoz the catch is written in fine print. Next time when you shop you will get discount of 35 percent if you buy goods worth 14k.

Mornings are not crowded. One can shop peacefully. No seating for seniors or tired shoppers.

Good sale currently, but the most confusing billing experience of my life. The staff was super helpful and helped us figure it out, but it shouldnt be so hard in the first place. Would prefer a clearer system.

The store is quite spacious with a good layout which makes it easy to navigate through. Clothes are neatly stacked and well arranged. There are number of staff members on roster. Loved how none of the staff members bothered us until we asked for assistance. The staff members are quite helpful. The only concern was that we were overcharged for an item which was marked down. Didn’t notice it until we left the store. Will have to return to the store to rectify this error which is not ideal.

This is a very big marks and Spencer and since its not in a mall aits open during lockdown on weekdays. The collection is huge for both guys and girls. This is even better than the bandra one. There was good sale going on. Their clothes quality is really good. Maybe better than h&m n zara.

Its always a nice experience but no thanks to the new rules wherein one cannot try out the outfits as the fitting/changing rooms remain closed. Cash payment works better than card strangely in case of exchange/returns. Also despite a size showing a particular no: please do try it once youre home for unlike earlier M & S sizes differ even if it says a 8 for instance for your previous purchases. Dont be surprised that youre going in for a bigger/smaller size as they are no longer the same. So you could be a size 8 having some outfits in a 10 or even a 12... if you measure a trouser for eg you will be surprised to see two size 8 will be different in length, width etc...Excluding a few pieces its a completely different collection from a store abroad. Besides, we are a sub continent so are a huge country - a chilly winter up North , pleasant to light warm weather in the Western ghats & the Southern states eg does not mean that the entire nation is under a chill spell. It would be nice if the management would observe this & supply garments accordingly. We do not need to wait for the winter months to be over up North in order to see some summer clothes in the Western or Southern areas of India...

Great place. They have some really good ranges at this time of the year. What I liked most is their professionalism when it comes to returns, exchanges and refunds. Definitely recommend.

The shopping experience is good here. The staff is willing to help you. The store is organized well and products are tagged appropriately so its easy to find your size. They have taken all the safety measures needed. Youre not allowed to try the clothes because of the current pandemic. But overall their collection is really nice and worth the money you spend on it.

This store is reallly good, as always. It wasnt overcrowded when I visited, and the staff wears masks. They do not allow fitting trials for now, as a preventive measure for COVID-19. I found some really good and comfortable clothes. M&S is always trustworthy and the quality is always great. Shoutout to Sarita Prajapati, who helped me to find the perfect fitting of anything and everything that I was looking for. She was so sweet 🥺 The world needs more of such people. Overall, always a wonderful experience at Marks & Spencer.

I visited over there with my brother.Because my brother have in interview for this brand.So I went along with him.Has not get selected because he has the experience of a handling store which do business in lakhs and their store do business in crores.that we cant take risk so this was the reason that my brother did not got selected.

Excellent place for clothing. Very nice place and helpful staff.

I have been a loyal marks and Spencer customer for years....However my recent experience has left me thinking if Id like to give them my business in the future...I purchased a pant from them yesterday and gave it for alterations.. I was told that I will get it today after 3pm...I reached the store at 8pm today..And till 8:45pm they were looking for my garment and couldnt trace it...Its only after that when I finally voiced my anger, the store finally told me that alterations on my garment was not done...This is not what I expect from m&s...This experience has left a very bitter taste!!

Mens clothing quality is good but expensive.

The store has nice ambience. Neatly stacked clothes, not too over crowded, spaced out shelves. M&S is known for their quality. Used to be a bit on hight end of the spectrum. However over the years they have dropped the prices to match the Indian market. Also have some good toiletries with some really nice fragrances. Its a very popular brand in UK.

Good locate

I am shopping since so many days but my points whenever I check its zero. How is it possible. I am not atall happy shopping with you. While paying bills when we ask how many points you Cashier says you will get to know next time. Or server down. When i go next time Zero point. This is ridiculous. Either you people are cheating because its an international brand and cheating mentality is not right.

A good collection compared to other M&S stores in the city. Convenient location, however, parking might become a hassle. Have to add that Restrooms are availiable but not in good condition.Ideally a place like this must ensure such facilities for a good shopping experience.

Well behaved, attentive & customer friendly staff.Quality of clothing is just great. In off season, its not advisable to buy as things are pretty expensive.Best time to shop here is during the 50% or 70% off sale. You can also redeem your edge loyalty points earned on Axis bank credit cards. The same can be adjusted against your total shopping bill.I always make it a point to drop in whenever I am passing by.

M&S is one of my favourite brands especially when it comes to dresses, trousers and toileteries. Though a tad overpriced, with the air conditioning not working at either the changing room area or the lingerie and mens section upstairs, the store is unbelievably spacious and is a pleasure to shop in at leisure.Day time especially on weekdays is the best time to visit and check our their huge collections.The Oh So English Hats and the bags are definitely worth checking out and one can indulge in once in a while.The staff on my recent visit were courteous as compared to about 3 months ago. The truly frustrating part is their alteration rules. The easy to return policy definitely need our applause as do their loyalty points system. They do work and I have redeemed them more than once.Overall, a friendly place with a great range, suits all tastes: formal, casual, bohemian... An all season all reason place.

Went looking for suits/blazers for my brother. They didnt have a big selection. But thats OK. I asked a question and the guy started replying in English. I could clearly tell he cant do English, which is also no problem at all. I started on Hindi after that and the guy wouldnt drop it and still responded in English. That sucked.. Why force it the customer is fine with Hindi. OK.. These are minor issues.We spoke to the tailor for alterations and prices. He says 300 rs for length alteration on a pant. I know this is a big store and all. But 10 times more than what is done outside with the tailor being the same as a street tailor??Anyways, both of these are not decision breakers and the goal here is just to share my thoughts and experiences with the customer service.

Pretty solid shopping experience at the Andheri outlet. Its a big space, spread over two floors. Everything is comfortably laid out, and its decidedly not cramped like the Bandra and Lower Parel outlets. The attendants are unobtrusive, yet attentive - well done! Also, plenty of parking!

Understaffed. Not enough variety in mens section.

Helpful and courteous staff which guides one like a personal assistant but the store seems to have lost the floor walk through it had. Trouser lengths are no longer (in seam 32) available. Staff looks groomed but unkempt footwear and smelly socks in an air conditioned atmosphere.

I enjoyed the sale. Prices were really good as compared to otherwise high charges.

Went during flat 60% sale period and was pleased to get some good clothes at a reasonable price point. Mostly it good for ladies and women shopping and most of it is all western dresses.

Usually not crowded, shop at your own pace and the staff is pretty helpful too. Mens range on the first floor is pretty elaborate. Checkout is often a little slow even though not many people are checking out.
