A residential building with well sized apartments, situated at the south end of Mumbai in the upscale neighbourhood of Cuffe Parade. Close to school/ colleges and very accessible to and from other parts of the city. An excellent choice for someone looking for residential apartment however this neighbourhood demands a premium pricing and rightly so!

Nice place,spacious parking, nice view, close to shopping centre and taxis are always available in front of the gate. Greenery surrounds the society giving a relaxing feel.

Cuffe Parade is one of best area in Mumbai, atleast till now. But with our leaders who have no sense about the ecological balance recommend projects which are hazardous to the people and ecology of that area.
