Superb management of bldg

Good place to be at. Gated community with 24h security. All single compact bhks. Good for single occupancy or for a couple. As of writing this review, 14/5/2019 theres still some polishing works going on in some wings.

I got to stay here thru one of the holiday homes website...Stay was comfortable... Close by to powai lake and markets.... Airport and juhu beach at around 30mins drive depending on traffic...

Terrible place to live in. The staff and office do not care about anything. We are facidn noise issues day and night and they do nothing to help they dont even answer our calls, if they do they lie to us saying they will do something. Would not recommend anyone to live here.

Me moved in december. Since that day we never sleep. The noise pollution is extreme. Building person know and they do nothing. We are been waken up at 6h30 every weekday and every weekend at 7h30. This building is the worst place to leavr in Powai and after service is more than poor. They dont care about their tenants. They trick you into renting the place then they dont care about you. I would never recommend this place. Why leaving in a place you can never sleep and owners dont care about you. Construction is going on since december , there is dust everywhere. Never rent a place here its a trap.
