Feels like living at a construction site. Theres unbelievably loud noise from 7am to 10pm, especially the almost siren like beeping noise from the moving equipment thats always in use. As more buildings come up, it will only get worse. L&T doesnt care about the occupants who have already been sold their property.There are cracks in the walls already - through and through. Youll need to coordinate with your neighbours while getting them filled. L&T will do it free of cost you just have coordinate with multiple different people - this is the quality of construction :)

Its landscape is absolute beauty no other complex and i repeat no other complex in Mumbai can compete with L&T Emerald isle in anything... its very well planned very well managed... Its got tennis court, Table tennis, chess and carrom, big swimming pool, very big gym, yoga & meditation area, banquet hall, childrens play area with swings etc, they got natures trail which is just opposite powai lake its next level experience calm and peaceful, they have a big i mean very big parking lot which is very well managed, the security is just top class no other complex has got such a tight and fool proof security its just next level, (my younger sis it staying there thats the reason i know so much in detail about L&T Emerald isle)... Bottom line --- its absolute value for money which no other complex can match or offer ... ✌️
