This is a gated society with very strict security. Well maintained and decent complex.

The Society members have well maintained discipline and cleanliness, to what looked difficult in the start. its a nice neighbourhood for family

Flats are very spacious with ample sunlight and air but the crowd in the bldg is not as good as the flats.. Very low minded people.. If u are tenants then u cant keep pets.... If u being tenants perception towards u are immediately change .. For every small thing u need permission of society..

There is water leakage in the flat which I visited need help to repair the walls

Beautiful flats but pathetic society. The committee members have literally bullied me for being a tenant havent provided me a parking lot even after the owner has bought a parking lot because Im a tenant. They literally have problem with every single thing tenants do. They have even cut my wifi line and are now forcing me to buy a local wifi line to earn commission.I had two cats and these people tortured me to a point untill where i had to give them for adoption and so many people have pets in the building itself. If youre a tenant then you are treated low. Disclaimer : If youre a tenant who is looking for a flat please do not shift in this society.

Society is good. Flats are airy and spacious but they are in some dispute with the builder hence the project is incomplete .Also parking not available for all flats.

Possession finally given after court intervention.. low grade work done by the builder to finish of the building.. cheap electrical,carpentry , masonry ,plumbing work done. OC yet to be provided, no municipality water in B wing,,no pipe line gas .. building well managed.

Vry low minded people especially the commitee members ( dilip rajput ) parab an sarla madam they all creat nusense with unwanted talk they need money in all works for that they can move to an extend vry vry low thinking

Close proximity to school college hospital. Just opp jain derasar. Peaceful place. Good property to invest.

Im not commenting about the society, but since google reviews for SD construction directed me to this page, I am writing here. The builder Dadarkar is famous for duping people. After taking booking money, he asks for more additional money to give the keys of the property besides the agreement orelse he delays possession. He has even been jailed for a long time. Never get involved or pay any money to this thug. He is a BIG THUG OF GOREGAON.

Nice building with good contours. Well spaced and wide playing area.

The flats are very spacious and you wont find so big of a space but the society members are very orthodox, do biases between tenants and owners , no parking for tenants and the road outside the building is bucket do during monsoon the water doesnt take too long to rise to knee level

A residential cum commercial building. It is a 18 storeyed building with two wings. Construction was completed due to court intervention. Municipal water connection is not yet done. 30% of the flats are occupied presently.

A wing fully complete, B Wing getting completed. Fit out occupation given. Lift installation work is complete..The OC is pending for over a year now and the Builder who was helping in OC completion has,left the project. A particular group of tenants have taken upon themselves to obtain OC...but doubtful...

New Residential Tower built 2 years ago....

New complex with lot of open space and near vivek college in goregaon west

No respect for law & order. Residents of this complex will burst crackers and will play loud music on speaker during festivals even after 10 pm deadline.

Finally We are living in the Home for which we have worked hard for.
