The serene atmosphere and spacious apartments with multiple amenities (even for tenants) this society offers makes it much desirable. I have lived here for the past 8months and I couldnt have asked for a better space.

No covered parking (one will probably have to pay for its constructions) and no balcony in 2BHKs. But in 8.5 acres, they have only 7 towers which leaves a lot of empty space which has been utilized for patterns and parks.... Therefore the name. During monsoons it looks like you are in a different city altogether. It is very very spacious by Mumbai standards and lots of greenery inside the complex. The road reaching to this place (LBS marg) is a nightmare though, so we did not consider this option.
