Its a complete family store. From New borns to elders they have everything under 1 roof. The collection is also always amazing!! You never have to think twice about the quality of the materials!

Nice varieties for a family shopping under one roof, but I felt the place is overpriced.

Parichay Department store, is one of the big clothings and accessories store on the Shimpoli road, Borivali West.I visited it recently for clothings shopping.It has three stories and products are arranged together as per its type like Sarees are displayed on top floor.It has wide variety of products starting from baby clothings to jewellery, bags and other items.Service is nice and polite.Cost is on upper range, though quality and design of cloths is nice, the price is above average.

Exlent experience to buying clothes to parichay Man, woman etc.

Racist staff who only attend good looking customers. Surprised to observe this twice in my visits to this Borivali store which is dominated by Gujarati salesmen. I actually tore off discount coupons worth Rs. 2000/- in front of the store. Ill never ever buy a single garment from this store in future. This incident is straight going to the owner of this business. If still not resolved, I will take this concern right to the next level. I need no apology but would appreciate if there is change in staff and no biased behaviour.

Loved it your kids section and i will be back soon. But unfortunately when i reached home, i couldnt find the luvlap sipper and then i checked my bill and found it was not even billed. So i guess a genuine mistake.

RUDE & OFFENSIVE TO CUSTOMERS, ESPECIALLY WOMENThe first and foremost rule to run any business is to not disrespect your customer. This place is highly disrespectful to customers, they showed some clothing options double the budget to us and then ridiculed two women by saying they dont know what they want and if they didnt have budget then why are they wasting their own time. THEY SHOUTED ON TWO WOMEN.I also felt a bias towards customers not speaking in their native language Gujarati. Any person talking in Marathi, Hindi or Tamil is not respectable to them which is highly unbelievable living in a state like Maharashtra.

I use to visit here for my kid. Mens, womens and kids clothings and accessories are available. The store have wide virities of baby care products and toys.

Very poor customer service. The salesperson judge customers based on their looks. When I entered the shop on two different occasions their reactions were totally different. Once when I went with my beautiful friend the sales person was more eager to show variety of products but when I went with my old aunt he was not even bothered to attend us. Terrible customer service! Shame on a brand like you Parichay! Im gonna report this to my uncle whos in Shivsena and let him take care of this matter. Will investigate this on an entire different level! Cant tolerate this any longer!!

Good variety in every price range. We purchased a saadi and two Indian dresses, all were really good. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable, they dont try to push stuff into ur face.

The review is strictly for kidswear and things required for kids. We bought a kids tub from here. You will get almost everything that you may want for your child here, right from clothes to high chair to tub to milk bottle, etc.
