Cannot say enough good things about Kaya Skin Care! Im so glad I found a high caliber skin care brand with an honest, helpful staff and comfortable setting even during the pandemic.  I was super impressed with the care and attention I received at my facial appointment. Kirti is a pro!! She made me feel comfortable and explained everything including the after care. She is truly great and having the competent professionalism to deliver. She was very tentative and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. I was pretty impressed with the final result.

Kaya Powai clinic is the best clinic for treatments I love their hospitality All over it is amazing but personally I like the work of therapist Anita & Manager Nisha theyre so customer centric and hardworking with their work. My skin condition was detorioeating since long, and I was hopeless after using endless products and home remedies, but thanks to Nisha at kaya clinics all changed within a span of 15 days. Since early ages I had acne problems and with time passes there were lot of acne scars all over the face, she did suggests kaya brightening beads cleansers, face wash and daily pore minimising toner. Products start showing results within the first 15 days of use. All products have this distinct amazing aroma which gives feel good effect and products are pocket friendly. Definately recomend to all. To end this a huge shout out to Nisha.. thanks a lot..

Dr. Vibha is pathetic.I went through PRP treatment on 01 Nov 2017 after suggestion given by the doctor Vibha in Kaya skin clinic Powai. It leads to severe rashes on my face. I paid 14990 Rs. For this PRP treatment which is huge amount and it turned up with damage of my skin on face. I took this treatment with doctors suggestion and its really annoying to see the rashed skin after treatment.Also, I havent received the payback code for Rs.500 which was paid by me during my first consultation on 07 Sep 2017. I have escalated this issue 5 times and also kaya skin clinic receptionist escalated this once. But it didnt turn up.I lost around 50000 rs. Because of your clinic doctor Vibha for PRP and laser treatment. Now the doctor is not working there anymore and kaya clinic workers said that treatments were expired.My skin has been damaged badly because of PRP treatment given by Dr. Vibha. I paid around 10000 for skin medications. Also, bought kaya skin products worth rs. 9000.I paid 30000 for 8 sessions of laser treatment in which I used 2 sessions then Dr. Vibha asked for PRP treatments. Then I again paid 15000 for PRP treatment due to which my skin got burned.Then doctor Vibha left the clinic and clinic members denied the treatments. Also, they said your all treatments are expired.Dr. Vibha damaged my skin in PRP treatments.I have been following up for this issue from last 3 yrs and kaya customer service is really pathetic. I am traumatized by continuous follow up.I have already escalated this issue so many times on given email address i. e. [email protected] your Kaya inbox and then contact me.

Samridhi Gandhi was terrible at customer service in addition to not knowing the policies for billing and booking appointments. She kept arguing and providing contradictory statements. I’ve given 1 star however it’s not 1 star worthy. We told her to find out more information so she can provide us with accurate information however she refused to do so and continued to confuse us with her conflicting statements.If you see her at the reception then run in the other direction!

Extremely unprofessional, rude staff. They give out appointments without committing, and later refuse. Not to mention, the laser service here is the painful kind - they have a smaller device- small compared to other better centers like Bandra.If you can, try other centers in Mumbai. This one just isnt worth it. All they care about here is your money.

Dr Kirti is fabulous and she did an amazing skin lightening laser.Staff is very co-ordial. Third Candila Laser is unique and gives better results.

Most Pathetic service.... once you have paid them then they start showing their true colors.... they have no value for the time of others... first they will book you a slot for availing their services without consulting you... and when you show up at their shop at the designated slot... they will ask you to come back later....and the doctors they have are so rude... its not only me who has had such experience... one of my other friends also had a similar experience with them...I am not sating that Kaya overall is bad... it could be that other branches of kaya except the powai one are good... but powai branch is pathetic and I would suggest against going there.....

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They dont answer calls for days! Do not call u to schedule appointments despite constant requests. Schedule and cancel appointments acc to their own convenience without asking. i have been waiting for 2 months! and despite me pre booking my appointment a month in advance they have canceled it and rescheduled it on their own!!! Obviously do not answer calls for me to tell him that those dates dont work for me. The head office is also not helpful and have the same rant of how they will schedule a call and how they are sorry but this branch does not seem to know how to do a call back !

Rating it as 1 star only because I cannot give it negative rating.I availed laser treatment for under arms from Kaya Powai. The reality vs expectation set while selling the package was far apart. To begin with I was told for each session a skin expert will take a look at the growth and suggest appropriate reading. This never happened. It was always an assistant doing the job. Moreover as part of the package I was told I will get 6 session + 1 maintainance session. I paid for this package.On the first session , I was told that I will get a trail session just to see whether my skin is ok with laser treatment. Later after a series of 6 sloppy sessions I was booked for a maintainance session. After the maintenance session , I was charged 1400 rs which came as a surprise. I kept asking that this was part of my pkg, to which I was answered that the trial session is actually counted as a session so this one has to be paid.This sucks. Highly unprofessional behavior

Kaya clinic powai please note your front desk representative Samriddhi Gandhi has a lot of personal issues and she has a very old history of achieving negative reviews to her name . Strangely she is still at the spot .I would have given a negative star if there was an option . The said Samriddhi Gandhi is not efficient . She is anti customer and has gone from bad to worse . She isnt well aware of the company policies and is too adamant to make her own rules in the clinic . Dear Kaya Kindly let us know the anti customer policies samriddhi talks about all the time . I am too scared to step in that clinic to complete my packages worth a fortune as the said Samriddhi in the name of company policies has frightened me that I am get allergic reactions . I am wondering was that a threat . I have been denied a good mood thanks to her .

Horrible and irresponsible staff.My daughter had sought an appointment through customer care as they were not giving one because she was registered in Ahmedabad.The staff gave the appointment but did not receive any sms.Later when she called to confirm ,they rudely said that there is no such appointment.They were very rude and non cooperative.Please avoid this clinic.Absolute no no.

The staff at kaya Powai did not book my appointment accurately. They booked a day prior and were not able to offer any alternative. Since there are very free few pain free lasers in the city, I faced a lot of inconvenience.

Dear kaya,I had purchased a package of facial for my sister her name is Zahra Qureshi and number is -----------. In the offer period where I paid 9000 and got 3+3facials. I paid this amount in juhu clinic. She took her first session in vashi clinic which was pathetic. Kaya being a dermatologist brand should have provided her a good session however the service given to her was pathetic. The technology used for her was mda facial was worse than a regular clean up. I mean she has been to high end parlours and has got a wonderful facial done. Kaya should have definitely given her a good experience. Starting from customer service to technician performing the service.The result she got right after the facial was not at all good there was no difference in her before and after facial. She immediately complained to the cm laxmi. And the cce there at vashi and they told her they will get back to her and the therapist told her she will get results in a day or two. Which never happened.She received a call from kaya vashi for her next session and that is when she reminded them again that she doesnt want the facial package and needs a refund. To which vashi clinic denied and said we dont return money back u will have to take kaya services and products. How can you force someone to take their services. Please teach ur employees to speak the right things.She was extremely angry and asked me to speak since I made the bill. When I had a word with laxmi from vashi she behaved like she is new to kaya. And later told me that I would have to call juhu and ask them to send a refund request. Why cant she do it herself. Really stupid!I contacted mansi from juhu and asked her to send the request since she is leaving on 26th early mrng from Mumbai and wont be available on calls for another one month. So mansi apparently said that it wont be possible for her to make things quick. Like really? Ur employees are so slow in sending one email with all details. One whole month vashi clinic took to just say that the refund will take place from where the bill was made juhu clinic only because her clinic has a dfrnt target and she doesnt want the money to get deducted from her target. Really stupid. I do not want any further sessions of this facial or any other service and you cannot force me into taking any product or service. Do not waste more time and process this refund immediately. I have given each and every detail about the situation here you should be able to understand and process yet if you still dont understand you can call on the number given. I want this to be done before she leaves which is before the 26th of this month.I am being very clear here I do not want any credit note/nothing from kaya. I do not want any service. Nothing Complimentary also. I just I want my money I paid for.To this email they replied stating they cannot give refund either take our service or leave. Why would a customer take their pathetic service. If a customer is not happy and wants their refund they should give it. They have done so many mistakes where their doctors are not even qualified enough to assess correctly. And services given by them is pathetic it will never improve your skin they are just bothered about their target. Legally you cannot force me to take the service if it is bad and you cannot hold my money back you have to give a refund.!Sent from my iPhone
