It was wonderful having there. All the sculptures were beautifully build. There was peace with proper discipline. There are different sections for paintings, statues, and other exhibitions. Details are very well written with all the statues. You must visit there once.

Also try to get their early because some of the shows get filled up and you might not get a place to sit or might miss out on a favourable seats. This is situated opposite to the Mantralaya and very easy to find it. This place seems to be very safe. It has four meeting halls including a big auditorium with around 400 capacity. We had a meeting today at one of the hall. The halls are very clean and organised. The caterer is very professional and food is really good. The woshroom is in bad condition. In fact, few persons were working to renovate the washroom. Ambience of this place is good.

Attended schools annual day here... Fully air-conditioned, multi floored, nice acoustics and large LED TV also available on stage. Small food court is there with options like sandwiches, muffins, tea, coffee and water. A bit expensive. No food items allowed inside auditorium. Separate washroom for ladies and gents. Overall a pleasant experience.

Attended a conference here on freedom and pluralism. The auditorium is large enough. The seats are a little old so not very comfy. There is a balcony too. Its walking distance to cafe mondegar lane, so thats a plus.

Nice auditorium. I went for Indian Express Explained session. Security and staff are helpful, if youre stuck which door to proceed. Not that spacious but its South Mumbai!

Toilets were dirty. One toilet under repairing but no instructions or board. Needs immediate improvement

Its a good place, traditional, comfortable, spacious. Has main hall & a mini theatre as well.The cleanliness & hygiene is top class. The food served is good, could be better.The parking is quite limited. The main hall has elevators that make you long for stairs. The staff is old, but warm, effective.Acoustics are better at the base level, need improvement at the balcony level. I attended a musical program by professionals, so the difference was stark.

Its a good place and can accommodate around to 100 to 150 people. It has good sound system and a stage hall with enough staff to serve u the best and a good security is also there. It also has a place to eat where any can arrange some eatables for the people. Overall its a good place for everything

There is no lift during exit. And Canteen and washrooms are located very inside of auditorium. It is useless for those who are elders & who cant walk. For Balcony also we have to go by stairs. Seats are also not available. And Canteen does not have more Jain Food options.

Cultural centre founded in 1985 in the memory of First Chief Minister of Maharashtra Late Yashwantrav Chavan.Its having 4 auditorium. Charges for auditorium is high but it worth for the cost.Its best destination for any type of program and functions.

A very nice public place for different types of social, political and other programs. One can enjoy and enrich himself/herself by attending these programs. In mumbai places like this are very less.

Government managed event hall. It has many other commercial offices. A good place to conduct professional events and gatherings. Parking would be an issue as the security usually doesnt allow parking inside the premises. Only disadvantage, there might be many events happening simultaneously in different areas of the premises at the same time.

Great auditorium and the decor is beautiful too. The A.C might be a little too harsh but that depends on you. The bathrooms need to be fixed. One of the toilet seats were not there. Apart from this, its all well and good.

Typical drab governmental auditorium.This place has paint peeling off in lot of places. Thus needs refurbishment and some colourful large pictures and landscape ideas both internal and external to liven the place up. The music system in the auditorium was good. Elevator only carries 3 person at a time which is inappropriate for the crowd visiting. Did not see if fast food was available or not.

Yashwantrao Chavan Centre is a very good auditorium where number of great events held here . Recently I attended a great event :GLOBAL TEACHERS CONFERENCE 2019 which was organised by MVLA TRUST and number of Awards given to Awardees in the great global event here. I received the Award: GLORY OF GLOBE ACHIEVERS AWARD on 22nd December 2019 at Yashwantrao Chavan Centre at Mumbai. I had a great time at Yashwantrao Chavan Centre ,Mumbai

The place is huge and the auditorium can seat a good number of people.

It is a place located Opp the sachivalaya. Has a hall for any type of functions also has ample parking. Air conditioned hall nice place loved it.

The auditorium has 2 levels. The Balcony is priced lower than the lower (stalls). Each are divided in to 2 sections (price wise). Stalls upper section (cheaper than the front section) is suitable and brings the stage performers at eye level and you would also be paying less for that. I suggest buying tickets in the stall upper section (rear) or balcony (front i.e. dress circle) for best value for your money. The auditorium is clean. Snacks are average and priced right.

Visited the batminton courts around 9pm one evening with a friend and was amazed to see the activities at the center. Though the center has more stuff going around, am able to just comment on the courts. Also worth noting, the center is under renonvation so quite a bit of the facilities are not operational at the moment

Situated in a good location, at the southernmost part of Mumbai near colaba. Auditorium has a good number of seating with good comforts. Parking is limited. Many times have to park the vehicles outside of the auditorium on road. There is no cleanliness in toilet. It is managed by the state government.

Huge auditorium with balcony. Seats in balcony are too far from the main stage. Audience sitting there feels detached from the show and also they have an aerial view because of which they cant appreciate the facial expressions of the characters.
