Staff very polite and quick. Yummy food. pool was of decent size however Bathrooms are extremely small and overall they have to improve on cleanliness standard and overall maintenance

It was definately a good experience. Place is pleasant to spend time with family or friends. Earlier I was thinking whether to go or not but when I went here I was amazed by the service provided. The food is okay. There are some restrictions at the moment but still a decent place to hangout.

Worst experience to stay in this resort, no room service , No soap ,  No towel in Bathroom, Dirty water in swimming pool, Charges are very high and not provided any facility if You want to Pay by card than you will be pay 5% more,  DJs voice was very slow, Mobile sound is better than this third class Dj, I feels like I have waste my money, this resort dont even deserve 1 star but there is no option to give 0 star, Dont go.. Not recommended at all...

Very very bad experience of my life never seen such Dirty poor place. Worst service by the owner. No facility was available. Room service was worst, owner was 3 rd class speaking like 3 rd class person like sadak chap chapri style. Rates were high for liquid with no. And zero quality. Food was totally 3 rd class. Behaviour of owner was too rude and bad.i will suggest never choose such 3 rd class place with no service no politeness no humbleness no humanity no cleanliness 1:star is for irritating air conditioner .I will never suggest anyone to go there.its totally wastage of money

On 21 March 2021 had visited at palm beach resort in Vasai and I never visit in my future not recommend any one as there was no proper rooms which can be suitable for family.

Ever thought of giving benefit of doubt? Thats what I gave to this place before visiting..nd I must say it was a bad decision. Bad food, unhygienic dishes,bathroom and toilet without essential stuffs and high price. Not worth at all. Also they r unethical as they dont keep their promises at first place. U can get better options with less price.

I had seen the bad reviews before visiting only but I thought every review section is filled with good and bad reviews so decided to take a chance. Worst decision of my life! Didnt fulfil the promises they gave us while our booking. Charged us for AC room but gave us normal room and when enquired then said that the charges for AC is more expensive! Also the food was all cold and tasteless!

Worst hotel i ever visited in my life, worst experience, worst staff worst service..there are some few rules written which need to follow as i felt i came into a strict hostelFood was ok but they not even allow us to take drinks or any beverages from out side and not even chips or qny item..if you want to buy drinks or chops you need to buy from the hotel store and they charge it more extra than MRP the soda bottle cost me 75rs in hotel which MRP is 20-25 rs in any other shop, everything is costly here and you cant buy anything from outside if anyone reading this please dont visit this place look for any other good hotel this hotel will make your trip more worstHighly disappointed

Best place for holiday...

Great place for personal time. Love the top corner room where the moonlight comes into the room. The sound of the sea in the distance is very stress relieving. The staff is great especially Uncle Blaise. Known them for a very long time, since the time they started. had a couple of programs at this place including family events.

The beach is well n good. Food is Good. They provide good pool and songs also but they play the same tracks multiple times as i have notice. The bathroom is too small and the room is good. So you can give a one shot this place.

We had booked it online and as we reached there they sent us back. The manager it seems did not have coordination with his online team so they just gave away the rooms.The manager there is just not suitable to stay there as a manager. They have no manners to talk as well as the customer service is seriously pathetic before even getting the room keys or even entering the hotel the checked our bags. We go for vacations every month and we were a group of 4 we even asked them for atleast one room nothing was available. So late in the night we had to check some other hotel

I have visited this Resort For The First Time With Office Guys... And I Thanked My Boss Who Give the Reference to Visit this Resort... Very Clean Resort... Hall Compound Are Really Airy... Carrom Board is there... You Can play Bat-Ball, Volleyball, Football, Badminton as There Is Very Big Ground For Playing... Seminar, Official Meeting can be Arranged.... Rooms are big .. 6 people can managed in one rooms... Bathroom Toilet are Clean... Staff are Very Co-operative... All Kind of Drinks are Available... I would like to Give 5 Star... But Non-Veg Meal really Disappointed... I dont know about Veg.... Overall Its A Really Good Resort For One Day Stay, For Family, For Office Picnic... I will Come Here Again... By The Way, They Serve Really Good TEA 😊☕

Location - it is far away from Vasai station. Private auto will charge around 80-120 RS.Rooms - rooms were good. Air conditioning was not working properly. After complaining about it, nothing was done from resort side. Rooms have all amenities, so no issues regarding that.Activities - Big ground to play cricket, badminton, table tennis, foosball tables. Swimming pool was not that clean. Resort has rain dance.Food - Food was average.

It is a good place with good crowd. We had been there for an office trip suggested by our head. Its a chill place surrounded with farms and greenery all around. The rooms were clean and the food was good and hygienic too. Good place inside to play your choice of sport and enough shades around to lay back and rest. The pool is 5 feet deep max and clean as it should be. Also no alcohol allowed from outside and the prices for it inside are not that reasonable. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of lack of parking and no proper place to turn the car or an auto rickshaw outside the resort as it is a narrow lane. It was a good experience.

Firstly DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE - The Owner thinks he is a king & he doesnt value & respect his customers.Now let me tell youll why..1) No customer friendly owner & so is their staff.2) Rooms are basic..(no room service , no water kept in room , no towels , no soaps , washrooms are too bad.. no clean buckets & mugs , no proper lights in room , no AC remote in the room , etc)3) The owner is too rude & has not manners to speka to his customers. They think their resort is 5-star but we feel they dont deserve a single star.4) There is a board which has 20 rules to be read by customers n to be followed. Feels like you in a school where you need to follow them.5) The owner asked for full payment when we checked in & he said its informed to pay when we check in. This shows he has no trust towards his customers n he had not even informed this in advance.6) The owner had a big argument saying you can leave the place too which shows he has no respect for his customers.7) Pool is not that clean though they clean it.8) indoor games are for name sake. Outdoor games to play with the sports equipment needs 500/- advance to be paid which is totally wrong.8) This place totally sucks so dont visit here.Last but not the least let me tell youll why one can go here..1) Music & sound system is too good.2) Food was good.3) surrounding is nice to chill.

West palm beach resort is located at a very beautiful place.. the pool is ok because it is small with just one slide for kids.. The rooms are clean. The food is also not bad but not too good also. Traveling there is really expensive though the resort is comparatively cheaper. You can go for it if you have your own vehicle but getting public transport is really a pain.overall it is an affordable average place to visit

Ive been to West Palm Beach Resort 2 times.. Im surprised to read reviews where people are saying staff is rude.. I never faced any issue with the staff.. in fact they were very cooperative. If a guest shows rudeness then obviously they will get the reply in same manner but obviously the person will not put his behavior here.. they will only put the staff reply. Excellent place to chill out.. good food

Poor hygiene. Drinks and snacks are sold at a ridiculously price. Ripping people off. There is no reason for me to visit again as there are so many options thatll give you better services. Definitely not going back and not recommending anyone else.

Its an average place and OK for one day or overnight stay, suitable for bachelors, huge ground to play out door games and few indoor games available. Pool is average and needs better maintenance. Food is OK. The owner is quite decent, but surprising to see earlier feedbacks on him. Please do carry your own bed sheets etc for use.

Nice place but as the name i.e, Beach Resort its not but a farmhouse. Staff very helpful. Food served was good. Room a bit descent. Dj ok, Swimming pool not that big & Garden for Cricket was Ok.

This place has become horrible, no value for money and staff is rude all the way from management to associates. Used to be better before but now repeat guest visited and had a bad experience. They lie and neglect you from services and facilities without any prior notice such as no proper usage of the pool, the music stops early and not offered, room is a mess with it being very hot but no working ACs, bathroom/toilet is similar to a general class toilet of a train. A huge huge drop I standard! Food is degreded, only the buffet was fine ( 3/5 for the buffet). Play area is not maintained well. Staff tried to cheat us on the bill of beverages consumed. This place is on the downfall, after visiting it for over 15 years not coming back again ever! Various better and reasonable options out there. Take note!

Average place. In case of no option to stay, can be a place to look out. Staff are a bit slow and lazy. They promise a different menu when you are booking the resort but reality they will serve the food as per their choice. Food is of low quality as one of the guest found mosquitoes in her food. When complained they didnt change that food. Staff reply talk to manager, if he tells him, he will change the food. Rooms are average...not well cleaned. Blankets are used earlier and they were dirty. Extra bed donot have option for bed sheet, when asked for extra bed sheet they provided us one used one. Swimming pool was good.

Best holiday place

The resort is located far away from crowded areas, surrounded by fields and you can see the coastline from the rooms. The beach is 15 mins or so walk away. Peaceful place to relax and unwind

Very Filthy resort, Pool has too much chlorine that tan you skin in 1 hour only..very smelly water full of insects and algae. Room service is very poor. Bedsheets are very dirty and smelly. Not at all worthy for family and good time. And its too far and in remote area and doesnt have parking. Dont your spoil your weekend,

Food quality is not good. Rooms are not clean. Resort lacks hygienic sense. I would not recommend to visit the resort unless you dont have any other option. The only thing that saves the face of the resort is pool area and rain dance with DJ otherwise its a total waste. Prefer something else over this resort.

I visited this place with office guys at night. Dinner was ready. We have taken dinner. After that we played badminton and did gossip.In morning, we went to nearer beach, vangaon beach to see sunrise. After returning to resort, we had taken rest and started playing 🏏. After that we taken breakfast, and go to swimming pool with DJ.We had taken lunch after that.Dinner and lunch are good.Breakfast is okay.Rooms are okay with bad smell.There were in/out door games instruments like carrom, handy rugby, badminton, cricket bat ball, table tennis.But carrom, handy rugby is not proper position.Light was went away midnight.No lights in ground floor toilet.So we paid 1200 / person. So as per my experience, 1200 is much more for this place.

Zero customer service. Enforce their own timings on the guests about vacating rooms and paying off balances. Food is okay but unhygeunhy kitchen.

Quality of food served was OK, but apart from that had a bad experience. Customers are not given any importance. We initially paid the advance for booking, but no where it was mentioned to pay the remainder of the money on arrival. The person who owns this place doesnt even have the etiquette to speak with the customers. So wont recommend this place at all to anyone.

Ordered pakoda and we were served cold snacks first, and then I asked them to give us fresh so they made fresh. Hospitable people and manager there, although state of the rooms isnt really great. I guess okay for the price. Activities are good but room not good.
