The stay is little costly....you have pool to enjoy during day time...evening time theres nothing to roam around as area of the resort is small bt you can play badminton,carrom in the resort.Also room service is not good we asked for hot water,cold drinks it did not come and we asked for water in room they took around 40-45 mins to get it.Food: AmaaZzziinggg food all money that we pay is worth for food. They provide variety of food fr lunch,dinner, breakfast,evening snacks. You will get varieties in veg and one or two item in nonveg. But overall the quality and quantity ,taste of food is very amazing....Also pool time is restricted frm 9am to 2pm so after 2or 3pm theres nothing to doIn the evening time at around 8pm they have live music which is amazing as wellOverall my experience was good and had good time with family.

The ambience is amazing, safe place, not so far from city but still you can get your space there. The staff is polite. Food quality, taste & texture all are best! My son is quiet foody & its difficult to please him when it comes to taste! He, my nephew & me enjoyed dinner at pleasant ambience of River Winds resort. The charges are very reasonable as well. Where we go somewhere for holiday we see the ambiance first and then come with hospitality. We had came for wedding function, the decor by Manish ji and team was awesome as we have selected the simple decor but the team made it very much beautiful.And about the hospitality I just want to Thank to Sheetal ji, Nair ji, Avinash ji, Pandey ji, Krishna ji and their team was awesome about their work and handle it properly. Thank you so much for making my sister wedding memorable. And a big thank you to Ratan ji for making all this happen. Thank you so much for handling it.

A good resort , but not so hygienic, was there for a 2 night stay for a wedding. The pool is a good time together. Food is good but should maintain more hygiene levels.

A nice location for celebrations only, not for family stay. Staff observed busy in attending guests in functions .Rooms are preferably booked for the guests from functions.Room service was not much satisfactory. It will take 1 hr to serve a tea, as staff is busy with the functions, partys only.U have to make 3-4 calls for ur order.Food is awesome.location is also beautiful.Many rooms , but I had a bad experience regarding my booking.The room i booked before 1 month was not available for me. TV was not working, neither repaired after telling five times.I was told a short circuit problem.Ample no of rooms available.Family stay will be more disturbing if any function was there, u have to tolerate DJ sounds at any cost.Amusement park was not clean, scattered with liqour bottles everywhere. My stay was adjusted with some discounts only. Need to improve room service.

Very bad experience had went in 2019 all staff mistreated me and my family and food they served was unhygienic and I had food poisoning due to that and whole family suffered due to their harsh and bad behaviour. I recommend to people to boycott this resort.

Perfect outing place for bachelors as well as family. Superb and classic environment to enjoy well your gatherings.

We had a bachelors party here, food and ambience is good. They have scope to work on their cleanliness and chaos management. They have a large pool and awesome rain dance set up. I shall recommend it for real unions, family get togethers.

43 of us where stuck here since 26th July 2019 due to ulhas river over flowing . It was getting difficult for NDRF team to enter our resort at several instance without local guidance , finally OWNER himself with NDRF NAVY ARMY TEAM to rescue us .. staff & owner daughter herself with patience managed the situation.... yes in heavy monsoon not the safest place to visit- but trust me you are in safe trustworthy hands ... Thank you You dont choose your family. They are Gods gift to you, as you are to them.” ...Thanks being a strong family together 🤝

Best place for family and groups.This place have clean swimming pool, also it has swimming for childrens also,food is also not bad..Note: if u are coming this place, first contact at reception because sometimes it might be booked for weddings.Ticket price: around 250-300.

I have visited this place yesterday only and had Awsome experience. Charges are high but its worth to go for as rooms are neat and clean plus very spacious also. Best part was staff is very supportive and polite. You can go for stay and will definitely loved this place. Only concern I had was DJ ( I didnt like as sound system is not upto the mark as when we were at rain dance spot and we didnt hear songs clearly plus songs selection was nt good. Less 1 star becos of DJ..). Please do the needful in this case rest all good for go. ...Thanks for your service...... :)

Place was just OK, had a function there, staff was a bit scarce but helpful, management can do better actually and the rooms arent really the best especially the ones that are in the interior of the hotel, and the rooms also had a lot of maintenance issues. Overall an average or below experience.

River Winds Resort: dont go on name of resort its a small resort having only one swimming pool with 5 meter depth. There is nothing to watch. Food is ok not as per expectations even swimming pool was not clean. Its good to stay at home rather than spend your valuable money on this place.

Nice Arrangement for valentine day

This use to be a nice place for food and drinks but not anymore. The place is now filthy and dirty. I went to their ac restaurant and the service was very poor and pathetic. There was total 4 waiters and manager but still no one did their job well. Everytime we ask for a dish the waiter excused himself saying i will ask and come which wasted lot of our time. Waiter will not listen to you once, you have to tel same things atleast 3 or 4 times then only you will get what you want even tissue paper. The service was so pathetic that the waiter didn even bother to serve food equally in plate. Just want to say that river winds use to be a good option for food and spending time with family and loved ones but not anymore. The only happy people you will see will be those in the pool thats it. The management and service is very poor and need to be improved.

They just refuse to expand their menu and regularise their prices to make it reasonable. Also non availability of pool post evening is another dampener. They seems to be more happy with marriage clients then the resort visitors

It was an overnight stay at this place.First and foremost, the images shown online are decieving. The rooms are not well kept, no cleanliness at all. Everything that is asked over and above is chargeable. The prices are exorbitant. To top it all it, there are electricity issues. The service also lags, not very prompt. The only positive element here is that the food is amazing. Its a one time spot.I hope this feedback helps you guys.

Romantic and calm place for night programme.Situated on the bank of River Ulhas,cold breezes from river are cozy thus adds some extra pound of joy.

Theyre and They will Destroy the Local Environment! At a glance, one will feel good but as one will start to spend some time the truth unveils. Theyre polluting the RIVER right at back of it. ALL THE WASTE MATERIAL FOR PARTIES BE IT PLASTIC GLASSES, CUPS, PLASTICS BAGS, EVEN PUJAS SAMAGIRI, THEY THROW IT IN RIVER, ALL THINGS ONE CAN IMAGINE AT WEEKENDS PARTY OR at WEDDINGS ARE TROWN AT RIVER.ITS THE SAME RIVER THEYRE POLLUTING FROM WHICH theyAR TAKING WATER FOR THEIR RESORT.I understand that the guest would be doing this, I know, its India, the least they care about is nature. But If a GLASS is BROKEN one cant stop WATER leaking, Until either they cover the crackage part or they transfer Water into another Glass Same way it is the RESPONSIBILITY of them to make guest and themselves stop doing this thing.Many ways are their,~if I talk about my visit they werent many of dustbin, just few, bringing more bin Will MAKE Guest to put waate in it.~Putting taglines on board suggesting to protect nature~im sure the well paid staff will use their creative mind to find out more methods, only if they want resort to be as good as now for future.I have given bad rating in all categories and will make my other fellows to do as well. Negative mouth publicity as well, do whatever hell is in my hand to make them take some measures for this. Lets see if something changes untill my next visit.No matter How much good quality services anyone gives, if theyre harming the nature, I wont recommend it to anyone.

This resort is best if you are looking for good ambience with nature. The river view is nice.You can have best time there if you booked for 2 days. Good place to hangout with family also.Couples can have there good time.

The kitchen is extremely dirty no one can stand in the kitchen. Very bad food quality.

Rooms are clean, but maintenance seems to be ignored here.I will list cons first as those wer very irritating.Cons:1. Pale yellow water from taps, see image.2. Water leaking from AC, right on to bed.3. Kitchen closes at 11.30 PM, why? In a such resort, we come here to chill, right?4. Intercoms in the rooms were not working.Pros:1. Nice pool, clean water, definitely cleaner than that from taps in rooms.2.Good small slides.3. Music playing near rooms.4. Food quality and taste was great.

I attended a wedding here. Though the location is quite far from the city, but the services and food served, at the resort was good. This a attractive location with pools and to have wedding reception. The drawback is you wont get a cab here for going back. So driving you own vehicle is advisable.

This was where I got married.. It was supposed to be one of the best day of my life but these people ruined it big time.. We were told that there will be no electricity issues, no staff crunch.. But on my sangeet, electricity went down and their backup generator was not working.. I had booked complete resort but they gave 1 lawn for another wedding and other people had occupied my guests rooms without our permission.. when my family started complaining about this, the resort owner threatened us that he wont serve us food as we had booked their caterers.. Please dont go here for any functions.. and if you going then be very specific about your requirements and add penalty clause as well.. Or be prepared to be cheated...

This resort contains a swimming pool, a water slide and a beautiful stage. Only these 3 things are there which you may find interesting. There is nothing other than that.
