Sad experience booking. No customer contact point. You cant leave a voice message if there is an issue after reaching the venue

Really odd site. No customer care number. The number is not getting connected. I tried to call the venue for badminton booking but they said they are not taking booking through Khelomore.There is really something fishy on this App.

There service is really good. here was a time where booking got cancelled for some technical reason their staff staaf by for entire duration to arrange next turf that call responsibility

I have placed the booking it is not mentioned that i have to pay the remaining balance amount.It was only written that you have to pay the reservation price only.They must be clear in it that you had paid the reservation booking amount then so and so is your remaining balance. I got to know when TURF person called me and informed me that you have to pay the remaining price over there. I HAD CANCEL THE BOOKING AND I DIDNT GET THE REFUND. Please dont book with khelomore.

Unprofessional and inexperienced team. Can not keep their promises. In two occasions I booked the turf via website, Money got deducted but few hours later I get call from khelomore saying the venue I booked is not available as they owner of the turf have taken offline booking. They promised to arrange another turf but they never did. Had to request for a refund. It so annoying as I had to cancel my plan for that day. Its better to book direct through the turf owner. It will save lot off hassle. I dont know when they are going to refund my money. Two people involved in screwing up my plan Viraj Shetty and Mannan ved. Never ever going to Book it through Khelomore.

This company service is pathetic i have booked my turf from the app ,then I received a called from turf that the slot is already booked and it’s not available since then i trying to reach khelomore for my refund but they are not doing it till now,i would not suggest to use this app for any booking they all are big fraud .

I had called KheloMore for booking a turf in Bandra location they helped me book it online and not only that I got 20% off on my booking while i paid online. They have best quality turfs and that too at the best rate. Loved the customer service as guided me well with how to book and the steps that go with it. Excellent platform for sports coaching as well. I could see a lot of Marathons listed on the platform that i was interested.

Khelomore had organized all the matches very well.. Even they tried to engage parents also in different activities.It was a fun-filled experience attending matches in Western railway ground.. 👍
