ENRICH SALON at Ashoka Towers Parel, is a complete package for your moneys worth.The cleanliness and ambience are always well taken care of.My hairstylist, Shalaka is extremely talented and very polite, answering every doubt and query I have and giving me good advice. Her skills at her craft are excellent.The same can be said for Manasvi and Mary, both of them are excellent at the services they provide.Infact the staff is very well trained and makes the experience worthwhile.Keep it up!

Worst experience. I went for the first time. The guy didnt even ask me what I wanted. He just cut..did not even ask if I wanted to shave ...just took everything for granted. I understand u guys are so busy but pay attention.

It was horrible. First they made us wait for 2 hours even though we had an appointment and then when we started we had specified 5 strips of hair color but they said they did 6 at the billing counter without even asking and it was so horrible because I had to pay for a service I did not even ask for. Really bad experience over here of such a highly renowned salon. Moreover the color used was also something which was not asked for.

Very costly, even after spending so much didnt meet my expectation. I visited for hair color global + highlights, they recommended me a treatment smart bond. Altogether it was cost around 14,300 with after care product but my hair is looking like I have done a cheap bleach for highlights. Global color is good it has given good gray coverage.

Fairly good services. I have been to multiple enrich across the city and this one is sort of compact in terms of space. Some of the more expensive stylists are in fact the least proficient. You are better off selecting the master or graduate stylists who are economical and in my opinion better than the ones who are designated as expert.

Pathetic salon and service. It is of no use. You book an appointment with a stylist through app. But the salon changes the stylist on their free will as they have biases for their favorite customers and then they blame it on technical glitche. Application is of no use. There is no use of booking appointment as you can be denied service on face even after booking through app. They dont value time of customers

Very bad salon.They say only seniors are available and charge 15% extra..my hair was cut extremely short when i asked for medium hair cut(school).While using the electronic trimmer she gave me a cut on my back side of my neck.It hurts a lot and say she is experiencedvery diappointed in service.better to go to any other salon instead of this. U get better haircut at reasonable price
