When it comes to redemption, it is very difficult to get in time. Back office seems to be filled with dumb employees. Zero knowledge of simple banking. They will not pay you but they will make you feel guilty without your mistake. For every redemption, they will ask you your bank statements, cancel  cheque, request letters, revalidation request.......and use your money for one month without interest.The Call center will also start behaving rude if you enquire about redemption. I experienced this second time this year though all bank details are perfect.

Axis eviroment was the best vacation period for experiencing in my life for ezploring my self.

Daylight robbery, illiterate people employed who do not know basic calculations. A shame to this banking company. Employee name - Shama. Did not have basic courtesy to speak. Kept mocking the customer with her colleagues. Said will have call transferred to senior after an hour and a half but no response. Horrible experience. Invest at your own risk.

This is the main office of Axis Bank, it does all the work related to Axis, the staff here is very good.

Yes its great place

Most 3rd class company ever worked for. Employee treatment is worst and crack management , managers it seems. Get 3 employees work done by one with 0 appreciation or understanding.No wonder so many scams happen because of such companies and their foolish management.

Very bad services. I had submitted application for investing in mf. My form was rejected and I was not intimated. all my calls went unanswered. Finally had tosend my person to know the status. I asked for senior executive no that also went unanswered.
