I wan give 0 star but there is no option inappropriate Behavior with customer.

This is the authorized service provider for Sony products. They cater only to products brought in the white market not grey market. The people are good and services are given. Sometimes you may have to wait for some time before someone attends to you. There is no parking here and you have to park on the road outside where there isnt much parking available. The services given are good and genuine. They warranty their services.

Location js pathetic. Purposely set where people will find it difficult to find the place. Also desks are always empty and I had to knock on the service door for someone to come out and attend me. I had given my earphones for repairs which they call after I reach home that it had some dust. They couldve checked it same time. Such a waste of time.

I had a old PS3. It stopped working. They flatly refused to service it. They said this is a replacement only device, and given that my device is out of warranty they will not repair it. They gave me a discount to buy a PS4, but that was of no use to me.Sad. Expected better

Stupid place. Worst customer service. No one to man the desk. The only guy available in the front office, disappears with a device and shows up after 15 minutes. They are not concerned about the number of people waiting. Moreover it looks like we are getting honoured for doing the service at the centre.People are not treated with minimum courtesy which is appalling and does not suit for a company like Sony.Didnt have a lot of people over there when I visited. However it took more than 45 minutes to get to talk to someone when I was the third in the queue with only 3 people in total.These kind of service centres should be checked and closed down by Sony because it damages their reputation.Not at all satisfied with what happened over there.

Amazing experience.. I had visited the place bcoz my WI c300 Bluetooth headset stopped working.. No output from one side.. Tey said it is not repairable.. So it will be replaced.. Three days later I got a call from service centre.. They gave me brand new replaced headset..

Best service than any other companies very much happy i asked for replacement of bluetooth on 22/3/19 they got it replaced on the very next day the lady who was at the counter supported well thanks vega

Well, They seem to be so welcoming. When I visited this Service Centre, there wasnt a long queue, so they quickly asked the problem and invistigated the problem. I had a problem with earphones(xbr75AP), they quickly come up with the remedy for the same.

Bad experience. They will try to PUSH you with only one solution - replace the parts which are highly expensive. And you cant be sure that after repairing there will not be other problem cropping up. Then they will again ask for another parts replacement making you feel cheated and depressed. Very bad manners and no respect or courtesy for customers.If one has to come here for repair of mobile better avoid buying a SONY

There can be a long waiting sometimes. There can be delays and communication gaps from their side as there arent many people in the centre. But when product is serviced and returned, it works just fine.

One of the worst service center I have ever seen.i have visited here 5 times in 2 week and ever time they are bluffing me. 1 bought a Sony xb21 speaker from croma few weeks ago. The speaker promises battery life of 12 hs at 50 volume. But I m getting around 3 hrs off battery life . This guy named Manjunath is one of the best conman I have ever seen. I have sat there for more than 2 hrs to demonstrate the battery drains. ( 70% to 20% battery life in 2 hrs 15 min at 50 % volume). Then too this conman is bluffing me . Now I have no other option other than filling complaint at district forum.

Really good place for every Sony product. I got my TV panel fixed in 30 mins. This is an authorized service center...TV gets repaid and other Sony product gets replaced with another... Hope this helps..

Worst ever service centre one can have for a superior brand like sony. Even after 5 working days, noone ever bothers to complete an LCD tv request. Sony India must seriously think about reducing their geography of service coverage or replace them altogether.

Pathetic service. My main speaker was not working after 1 year of buying and the person operating told that it cannot be repaired without ordering necessary parts without even checking it! Offered a replacement for rs 6000/- . The thing is my whole set of 2 speakers and woofer came for rs 5500/-. Gave it to a local repair shop and got it repaired next day for rs 500/-. I was standing the whole time at the centre , because the sitting place meant for we consumers was occupied by many overweight centre employees , busy on their smartphone.

The place tries to just rip you off and the device executive has very limited knowledge about servicing. He quoted me ₹5k for a repair, which was repaired by the authorised service centre for ₹1.5k. Absolute crooks!!
