Pathetic experience overall.Had ordered 2 lounge chairs and a 3 seater Henry sofa but both were not delivered as per the quality showcased and promised at their Andheri Store.The dusk leaf fabric for lounge chairs had so much faded print of leaves and flowers that it feels like the fabric is a few years old. The color also doesnt matches with what was showcased at their store.Henry sofa had several foldings near the buttons in the chesterfield design.Whats more pathetic is that the whole customer support team just maintains that this is a standard product without even acknowledging the issue and closes the ticket without even speaking to the customer.Not to mention the delay in delivering the order and the account manager they assign is just a scam. They dont bother to call or call back even after multiple requests. Patheic experience overall as I could have very well got this quality from a local manufacturer for much lesser.Update 1: Woodenstreet team called me after seeing this review and agreed that theyd send an inspection officer to my place to check the faded printed fabric they used on lounge chairs.However, its more than a week now and no one has turned up as yet. So seems to me like their customer support team is just doing a checklist thing ( bad review - call customer and be done with it).To top this all, stitches on the lounge chairs are already coming off in just about 2 weeks of usage. Attaching couple of photos of the same.

My queen bed was delivered in time. But the delivery men could not assemble it properly. Even after raising ticket & peronal calls to support team several times matter remains unresolved. Hope, needful will be done soon.

Incredible Store!! After surfing through their website, I thought of visiting this store at Mahalakshmi which is like around 2 km away from my residence. All of my doubts are now solved, thanks to the professional team they have in Wooden Street. We have ordered a 3 Seater Wooden Sofa from them. I loved its elegance.

Pathetic experience- from a customer who has purchased products worth 70,000 rupees from them.Purchased a Diwan(70850) from the store based on the reviews posted on their website only to receive a defective product. Please see the attached pics.None of the components of the diwan are aligned. The assembly guy forcefully fitted the product together due to which the diwan cracked up within 3 weeks!!!!I immediately brought it to their notice and genuinely thought that they would take back the product since it is a fault at their end.How wrong was I !!!! They falsely promised over the phone to take back the product looking at the pictures. Shamelessly offered me a compensation of 5‰ of the price!!!I tried posting this review on their website hoping to get their attention. However, I was in for a shock when I saw a review posted under my name with a pic they had clicked at my place. Hence, ALL PRODUCT REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE ARE FAKE.My genuine review was conveniently blocked on their website. I even reached out to their founders on LinkedIn but to no avail.They are good are following up with you only till you make a purchase. After that, they are nowhere to be seen.Products can turn out to be faulty; however, if customers are made to bear the brunt of it then that says a lot about the ethics of this company.I have wasted enough money on this website. Hope you dont.

My second product from wooden street , the first one being a bed and now it’s a mattress . Pathetic customer service both the times . Extremely proactive sales team at the time of making the sale post which they completely stop responding to customer calls and messages . Honestly I liked the bed I received so decided to buy a mattress from them hoping this time it would be a different experience. But they are quite consistent in ensuring terrible post sale experience. Am quite surprised as to how a young start up can be so deaf to customer issues .Finally good luck in being able to connect to their call centre .

The contemporary designs of the furniture units are incredible. We have purchased 3 seater sofa from them on easy EMIs. The staff here is very cordial and helpful.

The experience was disgustingly poor. Communication channels are disjointed, sporadic and inaccurate.Promises of delivery were not kept repeatedly. I have had to make 5 visits to the place and almost threaten them with legal action to get my order delivered. Even then, theyve only delivered 1 of the 2 pieces I ordered.No one called me for installation after delivery for this first piece. The transporter was a local tempo. I called my own carpenter and got it done.As for the second piece, after 90 days there is no sign they are planning to deliver anytime soon.Avoid this place like a plague. In todays connected world these kind of customer indifferent companies dont deserve to exist.How!!? How on Earth can such a place exist in 2020?

Extremely poor after sales service. Received damaged products with no timelines on getting repairs. Constant delays on deliveries and their helpline doesn’t work. Quite disappointing.

The arrangements of the furniture in this store are lovely. Its like mini heaven of furniture. Perfect for me and those who love trendy furniture. I have given 4 stars as i believe nothing is perfect in the world and always has scope to go higher. Wish the same for Wooden Street.

Shopping at Woodenstreet was our worst experience ever. We went to the store in February and selected an in-store product (angelica diwan) for delivery. They promised us they will deliver us in 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks they said they had some issues with the in-store piece and they are going to get a fresh piece. Then lockdown struck.Given the scenario we were patient and we didnt push them for a delivery. They finally reached out in June and said they will deliver in 3 days. They finally delivered on July 3 about 2 weeks since their call. There were alignment issues but the delivery guys somehow forecefully set up the diwan and left. Within 3 weeks the piece broke and we registered a complaint. A carpenter came to our place and did the usual jugad. The sales guy, Harsh confirmed as per protocol they needed to attempt to fix the piece but will surely replace it. 2 weeks later we are told as a policy they can not replace the product and they can offer a 5% discount.After investing 6 months and 25,000+ we are left with a broken misaligned sofa and they offered us 5%. Please beware of buying anything from Woodenstreet

I have read online about wooden street experience stores but this was the first time that I visited. Just like I read the store was perfectly set up and everything around was just useful. Told the staff that I am just here to look at the furniture yet they guided me throughout my visit. Customer satisfaction at the best.

Placed an order in June 1st week, delivery late by always a month. Now you’re not answering phone calls. Pathetic service, this is the worst experience I have ever had in my life. Not one promise is kept, be it delivery, call backs. I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE RATING. Paid a bomb considering the service to be premium but it’s turning out to be mediocre.

This store has friendly staff. They were very supportive. We purchased a Wooden Sofa Set from them. They told us the expected delivery date will be 24 January and they stuck by their words. Very Professional Behaviour from their side. An overall very good experience from our side.

This store in Mahalakshmi has a very good sales team. I have bought a queen size bed with the mattress for my abba & ammi from them. The build quality is awesome. My whole family loved it. However the website should mention accurate delivery time tna saying 2-5 days shipping is done. there has to be an online customisation option. Over all experience good.
