DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They will ruin your hair and they also discriminate between their customers. If you don’t look ‘’rich’’ then they will not provide you with the best services. I went for a haircut and HairSpa. They finished the hairspa in 10 minutes. And with haircut, I asked for one thing and they gave me a complete different haircut. Also I had went there for a haircut from a senior stylist, but they let a new junior stylist and he ruined my hair almost cut it into half. And this marine drive branch is just ridiculous, the staff is just so arrogant they will disrespect you in every way possible. I’ve been to this branch a few times and they have always been rude and disrespectful.

I regularly take body massage at VLCC marine drive centre and is very much satisfied by the quality of service offered by the expert masseur Sachin Badekar. He does it very professionally and scientifically to ensure maximum relief to the clients during about an hour of session. It’s value for money and could be a very good deal for prospective clients! Must visit for those who believes in quality.

I had booked head to toe service in Marine lines branch of VLCC for 5th September, 2021. When I visited the VLCC - Marine lines branch, the branch manager Ms. Jaina was very harash and bad attitude towards me. The service provided was not good by Ms. Pooja. Very unfortunate and unprofessional approach. I am upset by this incident. The VLCC management must take strict action against the employee. Client must be respected and treated well. Hope the matter is investigated. I am hurt by this incident.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR LASER SKIN TREATMENT. Its been a year and only 4/7 sessions are done because they hardly ever pick up calls or call back to schedule appointments. For 7-8 months they said that their machine wasnt working, most of the times staff isnt available and they take the money right off at the start of the treatment. Theyve even forgotten appointments that they said they were writing down while scheduling and cancelled them on that basis. Highly disappointed.

Its a very cooperative and wonderful staff and service of VLCC is awesome and definitely like visit again

I Visited Salon Like Four Days Ago ....And The Experience Was Excellent..

Amongst all other branded chains of beauty parlours, VLCC is the best on many counts. They have transparent pricing so there are no nasty surprises. They also have an extremely broad range of options for each service so you can choose from the basic to the most indulgent. Their premises are clean and cheery, their equipment is good (not necessarily the latest but certainly good quality) and when it is not peak hours they stick to the appointments without delays. Their staff are adequately trained but I feel there is scope for better training. They know the how to of most services but usually dont know why one option is better than the other or the differences between options. They are also not trained to identify skin types or hair types. As long as YOU know what you need it works. For expert advisory service you need to consult their very senior personnel who are usually busy and unavailable. My experience is limited to their hair, waxing, facial, mani-pedi services. Cant comment on the other services. I think VLCC is the only brand where you can pre-purchase services online at discounts. Peak time there is usually a wait and things can get a bit chaotic.

Do not waste your time by visiting this place. I will never visit VLCC and will spread this experience with my peers and will not recommend anyone to visit VLCC.

This place is worth single penny. The branch head Ms. Mumtaz is the most courteous lady Ive overcame across in life. The staff is super awesome and are very empathetic. My therapist Mr. Sachin Badekar is the most efficient and empathetic person along being energetic at work. His talks gives you homely feeling. ( Please note : This is my personal experience with the VLCC branch of Marine Drive and not paid review )

Very bad experience, I was late for 8 minutes to the salon that to because there is no sign board for the place in the whole lane and I was trying to locate the salon and they denied my appointment saying that there is a politician coming in, as the next appointment, so cant keep him waiting and the Hair Dresser at present is extremely rude.

I got my keratin treatment done from Mr Sharad. He had a lot of knowledge about various treatments. He inspected my hair and suggested me the best treatment for it. I was really happy with his job. He was polite, prompt and undoubtedly skilled. Next time I visit VLCC, I am surely going to get all my hair services done from him.

Although seems promising.. this place doesnt provide great service! I had opted for a body massage.. they have quite a few options of ayurvedic massages to choose from with elaborative explanation provided online. I chose that seemed the most suitable to me. Upon reaching and while at the experience the masseuse told me theyre all more or less the same.. and when I asked what oil did she apply on me.. she told me its a ready oil provided by company and had many ingredients not wanting to tell me or probably wasnt aware herself. She was kind to me but the massage experience overall was a bad one.. she rubbed oil all over with strong pressure and that was that. Once done there wasnt any separate cleaning bathroom for shower . They just place hot water towel over us after massage to soak and clean up! The very next day I had an unbearable pain.. my entire arm was hurting.. I had to apply a pain plaster to get relief.. such was the pressure the masseuse applied with little knowledge of what a massage actually is! I even asked her if she has had any formal training at this and she denied. So before youll plan please reconsider!In short:Inexperienced masseuse!No post massage shower facility!The massage was just about rubbing oil all over the body..no massage technique was used!Unbearable post massage pain in arm as she didnt payattention to the pressure she used!

It is difficult to get an appointment here but once you do, there are quite professional and hygenic. They also have some points system which they let you redeem because of which you get their services at slightly discounted prices.Their facials are good and so is the hair spa. They usually give equal attention to all their customers and treat them respectfully. However, this might change for another location. My experience is only restricted to the VLCC centre on Marine Drive. My advise would be to always take prior appointment, specially when planning to go on weekends. Try calling them 2 days prior.

I am choosy about my haircuts. I have not stuck long with one hair dresser though. But it is hard to find a salon that is a fine place and reasonable too. You can end up burning a hole in your pocket visiting a high end salon and yet might end up in a funky looking shallow hairdresser who does not know his craft!But in VLCC I have found a place clean crisp, good service and reasonable price.My fav hairdresser there is Aarif who is so comfortable with the scissors and understands what you want with simple consultation and no jargon!And this place in marine drive hardly costs you anything exorbitant, great value for money!!!

Worst hair cut experience of my life...such unprofessional and novice the hair dressers are...finshed my hair cut in such hurry and just like a formality...no cleaning after hair cut...there were all over hair on my neck and behind the ears...he did not took more than 3 minutes in my hair cut... not used scissors even once...A barber under a tree does better hair cut than him..there is no option for Zero rating otherwise i could have given it Zero.I would recomend it only if your want to waste money, time as well as ur looks.

I had a great experience here.all the staff are good at their work sharad did a wonderful keratine treatment.

I called and made a booking for facial 2 days prior, and called next day to change the date and that time lady said, that my booking is changed. I called on the same day to reconfirm but they couldnt find my booking. eventually they asked me to come at 4.30pm for the facial.Facial was ok, not that great. I wouldnt go back.I asked for hair spa, but they said its busy and they cant fit me in for spa.In reality, there was hardly 2 ladies were getting their hair done at that tone . And more than 6/8 staff was just sitting around and chatting. So I dont know why they couldnt fit in for hair spa which takes hardly 30-40 mins.Disappointed.

Waste of time and money. Rude staff at the reception. Kept my mom waiting for an hour even after prior appointment. The reception staff was giggling and making fun of one the customers behind her back. Highly unprofessional.However hairstylist Rahul is great. He did his job nicely and apologized for receptionists rude behavior.Still I will never go and wont recommend to anyone.

First time did pedi & facial .It was good but mani was too bad thats why didnt do it anymore.. Second time did facial and pedi but this time both of these were also too much bad totally waste of money.

Unfortunately there is no option for minus stars! Worst massage ever! They dont offer water nothing, they have unprofessional massage therapists with cuts on their hands, they dont ask if pressure is fine nothing, massage rooms are pathetically designed. In a 45 min massage, 15mins are wasted on a pathetic hot towel! The therapists are rude and untrained, their massage is clumsy and pathetic. Do not visit!

I enrolled for a slimming package which is apparently 75 thousand for 3 months with a promise of 10 kg weight loss. Expected VLCC to be professional but was thoroughly disappointed on my first session.1. Inspite of repeated telling that I need to know what I should expect in the next session, there was no such instruction provided2. I had told 2 days in advance about my schedule for my first session, the staff was clueless when I reached there on a Monday morning. My file was not ready.3. They took the saliva sample for testing but after 3 days when I went for the session and asked about the report I was told it will take 7-8 days and only after that a diet plan will be created for me.4. During my third session I was told since I had put on a kg from my last session my current session cannot be conducted as it will be ineffective. Which I was never told in advance. Had I been sensitised about, I would have weighed myself at home and wouldnt have taken the trouble to come all the way from thane to Nariman point.5. The gowns that we need to change into are never kept ready. I need to ask for it all the time. And mind you, the sessions are planned in advance.6. After giving a feedback today morning, I get a call after 8 hours from the manager. Unfortunately I trusted in a brand for whom customers who have paid already come as a low priority over the new customers.

My experience with VLCC is limited upto visiting and enquiry level. Good ambience near Air India Building at Nariman point. having lot of space, well managed and clean. Various package with flexibility are available here. Good combination of services regarding health and beauty provided along with dietician and physiotherapist. Staff are polite a and try to give all informations related to their services.
