I had been to butter chicken factory restaurant located in phoenix mall kurla with my family for dinner.Tried out some chicken starters, and for main course tried out chicken biryani and mutton biryani. 1.Chiken tikka starter was good to taste but was less moist2. Achari paneer was a bit bland3. Chicken bhunna was finger licking good they said its spicy but it wasnt that spicy4. Peri peri butter chicken was sweet and tangyWe ordered a brownie which wasnt that great and we told them abt it so they did not charge us on thatThey keep on taking feedback on their order which is goodWe told them that the quantity of the 1st gravy was less they were reactive enough to give us more quantity in the 2nd gravy

I tried this outlet as it was suggested to me by one of my friend. And luckily they delivered it till my house even as per they delivery range. There service is quick as in it didn’t really take much time to reach till my house.Favourite that I order-Chicken Malai tikka-It usually comes with 4 chicken pieces, and the chicken is really so good and tender. The taste is really that keeps me ordering from for more.Chicken tikka masala with 2 naanIt is best combo on menu, perfect for a single person to have. They have good chicken pieces in the gravy and it’s a real steal at a good price.Chicken briyaniWho doesn’t love briyani, and when it comes to briyani it has to be chicken briyani, the flavour and aroma of the briyani was to die for. It was really tasty and the quantity was also good.For dessert I ordered gulab jamun to give my meal a company.Over all verdictsWorth for the price, good service and quantity is also great and packaging is perfect to prevent the food.

Not that great. Butter chicken which should have been the speciality was average in taste. Service was extremely slow and waiters had to be reminded multiple time for things. Main course was made ready and served before starters, lime soda took like ages to come. Overall it felt as if the place was a bit over-hyped based on the reviews.

Hi good afternoon, it’s 12:09 local time in mumbai. I was on a vegetarian and fish diet post my doctor’s advise for a month. So 2 days back, I got my blood tests done and my carnal instincts took over me. We visited this popular restaurant at market city mall in kurla, mumbai. I was HUNGRY.Despite its popular dish butter chicken, we ordered a kadhai chicken meal for 2, me and husband dear, MY husband of course.As expected, food was nice and delicious. Meal fir 2 comprises of a chicken gravy with only 4 pieces of chicken, fair enough, 2 tanduri chapati or naan and a bowl of rice. All well, except that the gravy in the chicken dish is less. I’ve brought this to the notice of the staff and have also written in the remark section that the gravy should be increased by at least 10% more to suffice enjoying the same with the rice too. Or if someone wants to order an extra naan, it should be sufficient to ENJOY.The waiters are good, the ambiance is nice and it’s a genuine butter chicken dish that I so love to eat.

On womens day, I had decide to give a treat to my dear mom and my sisters as a gratitude for thanking them on Womens Day. I took them to Butter Chicken Factory in Pheonix Mall Kurla. We had crsipy hot chicken wings, mutton geeli biryani & boneless chicken biryani. The quantity was too good that even 2 people can eat till their stomacks are full. We aslo got complimentary papads from them. We also want to thank the waiter named Jaiprakash who entertained us well and also clicked some good photos of us.

Tender chicken pieces with mouth watering, delicious gravy. This place is located in Phoenix marketcity kurla mall. They have many varieties of food and the service is also very fast. The food is very much fresh and talking about the price it is quite reasonable and budget friendly. I enjoyed it. Very good place.

I had heard about this place very much !! We had ordered butter chicken with two butter naan !!! Then quantity of butter chicken was very very less !!! Not even I portion !!! Then taste was good ,the chicken was cooked well , the naan was also good !!! Just increase the quantity as we pay 400 rupees !! The lime bowl served had almost no lime in it 😄😁😄😁😄😁😄then I told him to get a bigger piece of lime then he brought it !!

Food is very good. Delicious. My kids never eat fish but in this restro, they ordered two plates fry fish. It tastes awesome. Sizzler biryani also batter in taste In beverages they suggested pudina pani must try so i ordered and really feel refreshing. Nice music, quick attention, friendly staff. Nice ambiance. The food here is super tasty but the the butter chicken is a little sweet. If you are looking for a spicy butter chicken then this is not the place to go. The thali here is the besy option as it is cheap and great.

Taste was nice. had combo 2 from their menu which had 2 pieces of chicken kebabs I found the kebab bit on the spice side however it was succulent and done well

Tasted their butter chicken and kali Miri tikkas. Butter chicken is good, but didnt think it was stand out as compared to any other place. But Kali Miri tikkas were great.
