So I was starving carving pizza it was the closest restaurant with 326 reviews and 4.4. Most reviews talks about the price so i didn’t care as long as with get good pizza . So i placed an order they told me 25 min. I gave them 35 minutes. I arrived and they didn’t make it yet. Mind you the restaurant was empty so its mot like they have pile of orders and they couldn’t get to my order. So the hostess came back telling me 7 mints it will be ready. 7 minutes???!!!! From 25 minutes to 7 minutes. And For real it was ready to pick up in 7 min. Altho i gave them 10 minutes. But guess what??!! The pizza was burn from underneath and not cooked from the upper side . I left the pictures. Mind you all of this infront of the owner or manager . I was starving i had to eat a piece i couldn’t go through the second my stomach started to hurt.

Food took over 1.5 hours to come and was very average . Small restaurant and very crowded. Bad experience overall

Terrible experience!!!!!!Food delivered in an unhygienic way. The box was not properly closed and the pizza was exposed. And the box looked like it was pulled from multiple sides to make the pizza fit. My husbands pizza was also delivered in poor condition. Two pizzas were turned over the other pizzas just to accommodate them in the box.I mean for 20$ pizza...just get a bigger box!The taste was nothing to compliment either. 1 pizza was chewy and we threw out the other because it was exposed!

After a long time, I was so disappointed with a restaurant. I will say the good things first - their spicy dipping for the bread was good and my friends mentioned their calamari was good.Their service from the moment we entered was bad. I ordered the penne Gigi with mushrooms only because I am vegetarian. My friend ordered penne Gigi with mushrooms and prosciutto. When they served, they placed our foods incorrectly even after asking us about the order. I had almost 1/4 of my food and then realized and we exchanged. Their pizza was super bad and soggy. On top of it, When we mentioned this to the waiter, he smiled that its the chefs fault and dint even apologize. I am a vegetarian and I had prosciutto because I trusted you to serve me vegetarian. I atleast deserve an apology. Dint even want to sit there for a minute after that and we left. We dint even try the desserts there.. do you think I will?!

Really great pizza here, the dough is made just the way I like it. I ordered the mushroom and pancetta pizza, and Im salivating just thinking about it. The appetizers were good, though nothing great. Service was friendly/offensive in the typical Italian sort of way. Its a bit out of the way for downtown dwellers and I wouldnt necessarily say its worth the drive there, but you certainly wont be disappointed.

Pope francis said that the pleasure of eating divine. Sapori sets the perfect environment to have that meal.

Its a five but they need to thrive for perfection. The place is not overly popular - the pizza is over priced and under garnished. $36 bucks for an 18 inch all dressed with 18 slices of pepperoni - see how it looks on paper. Its not good - but it tastes good.The crust is really good. The risk is when not busy - turn over is slow food risks going bad. Lower your pizza prices - you cant work at the old price scale anymore - lower pricing a little and increase your garnishes til you reach the sweet spot where you are making too many Pizzas - being in a predominantly Greek neighbourhood is a real challenge. Many restaurant owners are living in that area. Dont price yourselves out.You need to optimize - cant retire on one pizza sale.Your pizza has a good taste not everyone can claim that - now make it popular to the masses.

Friendly old-school place ran by old-school guys.The food is excellent and at an extremely reasonable price; they could get away with charging a lot more if they were in a trendier location. That being said, the location in my opinion couldnt be better. Very low key, very quiet. In the summertime you sit outside and its as if youre at your friends duplex and their Nonna is making you dinner.The staff is attentive and very accommodating; theyre always smiling. Also, the music is perfect. I hate it when Im at a nice restaurant with a clear theme and yet I gotta listen to Virgin Radio at a stupid volume. Here, its traditional Italian music played just loud enough that you can hear it in the background during gaps in conversation.Sapori Do Napoli is well worthy of your business.

My go to for authentic hone made Italian food. Pricey but very good. Fine wines. Great ambiance. Reserve in advance to avoid not getting the table you want. Beautiful decor. Never have I seen such decor except for specialty resto in Little Italy. Definitely go back time and time again. Not only for pizza.

The service and food was fantastic.We had pizza, though the rest of the menu looked great.The pizzas are individual pies with perfectly cooked crust and fresh toppings.I will definitely visit again when back in the area.

The place is located in the basement, can be cold when clients open the door during winter time, a very traditional decor and atmosphere.Food was very good! Service can be better, but price was in the higher side like a lot of people mention.A must try.

Honestly the service was a nahnahhh. I took two pepperoni pizza really good but at the end I was in a hurry because of a family urgency and ask for the addition. I bought for 40$ and gave one 50$ bill and was in a hurry to leave and obviously wanted to give the rest as tips. The lady serving me told me before leaving “ you know normally it’s more pricey but next time make sure you give what you have to give” ???!! I told her it’s not a problem as im never coming back again. I was really disappointed. Never returned since then.

We come here almost once a week. It is truly the best Italian food in all Montreal! Ignore all of the poor comments! They are all false! The service is great! It is just like grand-mas cooking( it is!!!)! The prices reflect on the quality of the food, and it is completely relevant! Do not hesitate and go there! Just make sure to reserve, because they get very busy!

A nice italian eatery in the middle of a north end neighborhood. The service is also good. Pizza is very good. Pasta good. Appetizers all great. I found the calamari could be a little crispier. Prices a little too high for a place that is not in any main core location like Little Italy or downtown. Might prevent me from going more often if I have to pay. On the company dime, its all good.

Wow, the old school atmosphere this restaurant has is truly spectacular to experience in person; old style table cloths and having that family run vibe. First time eating here Sunday under the recommendation of my parents ( who give very few if any) and as a pizza lover the pizza was amazing, not exactly neopolitain style, but it is its own beautiful thing, with the crust having the characteristic neopolitain soupiness at the centre and bounch back on the actual crust it self. The pene Gigi my wife had was also amazing, and Im usually picky with pastas. A definite must try!

In my humble opinion the BEST homemade Italian food in the city. Definately the best meatballs. Best Pizza and the atmosphere is very homey. Always my favourite place to go for a home cooked meal, they have nutella Pizza which is out of this world. Really worth driving to try it out.

For atmosphere, this restaurant cannot be beat. More like being in someones private home for a dinner party. The food is uneven. I wont touch the fish because i have had bad experiences but the pasta is to die for.The veal dishes are always tops. The soup is always lovely. The dessert donuts are scrumptious. The waitress Kareen who only works weekends is beyond wonderful. Eating here is an experience one must experience to understand. Most customers are regulars for a reason.

Very good and authentic italian cuisine: Meatballs and homemade pasta are a definite must. Focaccia bread is a real delight as well. The downside concerns the pricing of it all. I get the value of in-house concocted items but I feel everything is 3 or 4 dollars overpriced. Maybe im just cheap.

Great Italian homemade cuisine!

Absolutely excellent. Homemade focacia, pizza, meat, fish. Everyrthing I have tried there was great.

Their pizzas are to die for. If you like anchovies, go for the napolitan pizza, you wont be disappointed. If you are still hungry, treat yourself with a zeppole (fried pizza dough in icing sugar that you dip in warm nutella) OMG this is good!!

My experience was boring to say the least...nothing exciting just ok food...definitely not the neopolitan experience. Pizza was just ok, a little undercooked perhaps and the antipasto was fine most of the nibbles seemed home made which is always a plus but again boring...ambiance a little drab...but was not expecting much out of a local eatery as far as decor however could do away with a bit of cheesy neopolitan decor....have been to Naples many times and was unfortunately not transported to the taste of Naples as the restaurant name would suggest more like the tastes of italo-canadese stereotypical grub.

Pizza here was very good, and service is good too. But the price is too high for a restaurant in the neighbourhood.
