This specific branch is worst. I visit several apolllo stores branches, but this specific branch will never ever redeem your apollo points. Has some server problem Or internet issue or other issue while redeeming points. But if pay cash or card, immediate billing no server or internet issues when we know how it works:)Also in order to sell some medicines, they even go to extent saying that specific company has stopped, and will provide an alternate costly brand. Also some staff in this pharmacy probably doesnot rotate as in other branches, and hence we get same excuses each time.I recommend visit any Apollo pharmacy branch, but stay away from this branch. There are couple within few hundred meters from this branch.

Wordt behaviour by staff and delays in attending customers. I would suggest to never visit the pharmacy.!!

Worst experience and bad behavior by the staff. I have bought atorvastatin 80mg for my father as our doctor suggested. While purchasing I have asked for single tablet to check whether my father is OK with it or not. But they given me entire sheet of 10 tablets worth of 550 rupees. Badly its not suited fory father and take it back to shop for return. It was happened 2 months back but faced bad response from them. Worst facility.

Always internet issue to pay bill using paytm, airtel money and other payment gateways. When i redeem my points system will not work. Customers should wait for billing for system software issue.

They are neglect towards the customer and they not even answer the customers.Its very bad but appollo is a brand for trust.

This place will be open for more hours and you can medicine if you even come late from office.No generic medicine all with brand names.
