I love 360 Thrift but NOT this location. This location is as bad as goodwill. Yes its bigger so youd think they have more to offer but they dont and the prices are nothing like the location on Gilbert Rd which is a great place to shop and seeing how they are the same retailer youd think theyd be similar in pricing, deals, etc. A small bagged item which contained 4 pieces of junky play food, the plastic hollow kind thats about 3 inches in size was marked at $5, you can buy an entire brand new set for the same cost. Their clothing prices continue to increase in a way that doesnt make any sense at all when I could buy the same item from the actual retail store for the same amount if not less. When shoes that are super worn are marked $12.99 and $15.99 you are literally talking sale prices for brand new items. Stuffed animals which I generally find to be the least expensive items in all my thrifting are marked at near retail pricing. Plain tshirts are marked $5+. Thats the same price they sell brand new at most actual retail stores which I avoid but look for reference. Ill stick to the Gilbert Rd location and avoid this one and the other new from now on as they cant compare to the original location.

I love this location it’s always so accommodating to my needs! The staff are great and the manager is very friendly. Marisa specifically stood out to me because of her excellent customer service. She was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for when I was in!

I visited this store today! Prices seem a little high on some stuff. Not much inventory. Store looked empty except for clothes . Husband was asked not to sit on furniture/stool. I understand why but I visit many thrift stores men are always sitting around waiting for their spouses

I shopped at this store 5/15/2021 with my wife and purchased two shirts and two pairs of shorts. Due to pandemic, you cannot try on items so I specifically asked about return policy and understood I would only receive store credit should their be an improper fit. After getting home I realized that 1 shirt and 1 pair of shorts were too small and so (after work) on 5/19/21 with receipt and merchandise in hand I attempted to obtain store credit on the 2 of 4 items. The clerk gave me pushback so I asked for a manager. A black haired lady approached me and said she was manager and simply reiterated what had already been told to me and they would not honor. I stressed what had been told to me when initially purchasing item, that I as a consumer in no way contributed to need to return two items for store credit...it is due to no access to fitting rooms and slight miscalculation in items chosen. She simply said I am owner....deal with it. Mind you, I had never worn the merchandise beyond what would have been done in a fitting room and tags were with merchandise and valid receipt in hand.Please be mindful of my experience if you decide to shop here. I have never had such poor customer service and from someone who claimed to be the owner. I have since read some of the other less glowing reviews (of others who have shopped here) and find agreement with their experience.I asked the lady who claimed to be the owner her name just cause I was interested in trying to escalate above her but she refused to give me same and then asked me to leave store.If possible I would give half a star

I prefer thift stores like this opposed to goodwill. Better prices and I tend to find some good items here!

No one answers the phone EVER.You get two promts, sales and donations. Rings and goes to voice mail where no one returns your calls. Your loss, Im taking my donations to goodwill

Employees are NOT very professional. One sales girl was having sacastic confrontations with a customer and told the man snarkly that he could go shop at goodwill, if he didnt like their refund rules. Then other sales girls were talking about incident in public and laughing about it. Everyone in the store could hear this drama. The store itself is clean and it does have quality clothes, but staff needs to have training on handling these issues appropriately.

I dont typically dont go to thrift stores, but was going to the snow and wanted to get some heavier clothes for the family, but didnt want to break the bank knowing we wouldnt really wear the clothes again.I found a lot of new items with original tags still on them (a lot from old navy). I was shocked on how many things I found. I typically find thrift shops to smell weird, but this shop is clean and does not smell at all.Staff were very friendly. I learned the store was family owned and they own 2 other stores in the area. The owners daughter was working and taking care of us the day we went in. The other 2 staff members were just as sweet.I will definitely return.

This place is great. You have to shop around to find the great deals. They are out there. Happy Shopping.

Nice thrift store, limited merchandise but clean and reasonably priced. Unique experience with a personal shopping assistant from the minute you enter the store. Unobtrusive but at your elbow if you have questions.

I was here Saturday. The store wasnt very welcoming at this location, Brown and Higley. Also not much help removing heavy awkward item from the store. Received more help from customers when they held both doors open making it so much easier to exit.I love 360 Thrift Store on Gilbert and Southern. I recently moved and saw this location.

Absolutely awesome! Very neat and clean, very well organized, very friendly staff. Very reasonably priced items. They even have a stamp card to earn 10$ off your purchase. This is definitely my new all time favorite thrift store

Great place to find bargains. The prices are half what Goodwill has and the quality of clothing is good, with lots of name brand items. Ill be shopping here a lot and stop waisting my time with Goodwill.

I went to go have a nice thrifting day with my bestie at 6 o’clock when it closes at 9 but it was locked and the employees just stared at us. We then called to double check they were open and we saw them ignore the call. Very disappointed with the customer service. And the place smells like a55!

If you value human life look elsewhere. One of the daily employees wears her mask as a chin guard. They also allow costumers to enter and shop unmasked. Seems that anti-maskers know this now, and take advantage of it. Please think of others when refusing to mask up.

Oh, I love this store ! The employees are always friendly and helpful, the prices are what you would want them to be, better than some large thrift stores, if you get my hint. I always find something to buy there, even furniture, and the place is clean. Plus theres a senior day and a stamp card which gives you more discounts.

My eighteen year old daughter and her friend visited the store today. Upon entering the store the store manager made a bigoted statement. They were then rude alleging that they were making a mess, they were so uncomfortable they left. I don’t appreciate businesses that treat people this way.

Husband and I go to cash out and present ID for senior discount. And we were accused of using someone elses ID. . The owner ran over to us like we were stealing.
