My experience was refreshing! Their customer service is top notch ... I couldnt have asked for more. Everyone was kind, courteous and VERY helpful!!! The store was organized, clean and quite free of clutter. There is a wide variety of items to choose from ... so much so that I really had a difficult time choosing what to purchase within the budget I had to spend!!! I will definitely visit this store again ... thank you for making my random stop in such a fun time!!! I appreciate everyone who was working yesterday and look forward to meeting the other workers who may not have been there yesterday, October 9th ...

360 has 3 locations and this is by far the best one. The two new locations are TERRIBLE. As an long time thrifter I have never left this store empty handed. The prices are the best of most thrift stores around and oddly wayyyy better than their other two locations. I dont thrift with the intention of ever returning anything so I cant speak to their return policy but I assume its similar to any other place and thats fine. Staff her is always awesome and as mentioned earlier the prices cannot be beat. Occasionally youll find a less than tolerable item (damaged, stained, holes) etc but it happens so infrequently that it doesnt bother me unlike other places.

This is a great Thrift store! I enjoy shopping here, and they usually have the name brand clothing I am looking for, and the prices are reasonable.

Place is pretty lame. Its just like a goodwill. This location had some decent furniture but I wasnt pleased with everything else.

By far my favorite thrift store for clothing. Fantastic prices and selection. Very well organized.. They do not mark up the designer stuff like other stores. For example I bought a very nice pair of affliction jeans for 12 bucks and a pair of miss me jeans 6 bucks!! Not the best for hard goods! Also, a local old navy donates there, so you will find a lot of nwt clothing

Poor customer service service I went to buy shoes and they wouldnt let buy them.. the tag says today that it was green tag and the bottom of the shoes aaid it was blue.. she was very rude I was the first to get here and went straight for the shoes.. I didnt understand that customer that come in the all the time should be able to get assist by what they get.. VERY RUDE.. NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION THEY LET GO GOOD PEOPLE THAT DID WORK HERE.. I JUST VERY UPSET THAT I GOT TREATED THEY WAY I DID TODAY.. I NEED TO CALL COOPERATE IF ANY HAS A NUMBER.....

I typically visit to stock up on kids clothes and Im never disappointed. Lots of sizes, majority of the items are in good to great condition, great brands, and the prices are amazing. The staff is always friendly and very appreciative of donations. They keep the shelves/racks well stocked and theyve recently partnered with Sunshine Acres which is awesome! They now have lots of furniture which I have not seen before so Im not sure if its due to the partnership or just happenstance but if you are into getting a good deal, this is the place to visit!

They sell electronics without advising customers its a final sell and youre expected to read the bottom portion of such receipt to know that electronics are FINAL SALE.

Good items when I stopped in after coming out of harbor freight next door.A little inconvenient and strange not to be open Sundays and also close pretty early on the weekdays. Kind of hard to make it there..

Great store for clothes. You just have to be diligent in checking the clothesfor any flaws before you buy them. There is no dressing rooms right now with covid restrictions. No returns for cash, only store credit.

I am tall and curvy and found 3 beautiful blouses that were long and flowy. 3 prs of crop pants and 7 stuffed animals for my goldendoodles. FOR ONLY $16.47! The gals working there were helpful and sweet. Clean and organized.

Breaking the store into two areas- clothing and household items. Clothing is the star. Great prices and good quality material. Wide selection and in fairly good order. They had a good selection of quality clothes for good prices. And I got great plates for my mom! They were SUPER helpful! But busy, so you might have to ask for help at the jewelry counter. Ill probably be a regular now!

I came to this store to drop off donations for an event that will provide foster kids with much needed clothes. I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the store and quality and prices of the merchandise! Ive never been a fan of goodwill because of their ridiculous prices, trashy merchandise, and history of exploiting their employees. I am excited to have found a place where I can actually find a good bargain and more importantly, know that my donations are actually being used not just for the benefit of the CEO, but to help amazing organizations in the community! This will be my only spot for donations from now on!

Low prices on most, starting to price a bit more for things lately, I noticed. Good selection. Dollar Day Tues. & Wed. are best days to go. They also give you a stamp for every $10 you spend (and give double stamp Wednesdays)& you get to spend $10 free when you fill your card. (10 stamps) Pretty cool :)

I love this store! Ive been shopping there since it opened. I am always able to find something nice. I even buy my business attire here. Some of their clothes are new since they buy them from a charity. This company gives back to the community in multiple ways. They have nice clothes and fantastic prices. Almost everything I own is from this store.

I love this store , I have been coming here since they open their doors and the prices are the best that you can find at any thrift store. The employees are very nice and the specials they have I really worth it. The products that get are in really good shape. Ive got all my sons clothes there since he was in the seventh grade and he has for nothing but name brand that I have never paid more than $5 for.

Went to both stores and found some very nice toys and furniture. Will go back.

This isnt some run down shady operation. This place is right all the way around.The team at 360 Thrift keeps a nice store. Theres no funky smell or overpriced junk. Just quality stuff that can be used again and Wow! How? I dont know. But keep up the good work!More communities could use a 360 Thrift.

Very nice people at this place. We were looking for a beach chair (a three of them to be exact), and while they didnt have all three, we were able to buy one (a very nice one) at a very decent price. Even though this place is a thrift store, it doesnt have the characteristic smell of such places, and instead it smells nice and clean. Their items are nicely organized and the people are super nice (the person that helped us find the beach chair even went to the back to find one for us). I will definitely come back when I need something at a bargain price.

First time in here today. I tried on 4 pairs of jeans. They only allowed 3 in the dressing room at a time. I held one outside on the door and swapped it out with another pair that I already tried on. I decided none of the pants were going to work for me. I left them neatly hanging on the outside door. When I went to leave I was stopped by a big man I believe his name was Jason and asked if I was going to pay for the jeans I was wearing. I thought he was joking as I had my original pants that I wore there on. He then told me the jeans I had on were not the jeans I came in with. It took another girl working there to pull all 4 jeans to see the tags were all still on their jeans!! I asked him for an apology and all though snarky he did. I’ve never felt so mortified in my life. Won’t ever go in there ever again. Sad too—-I used to own a resale store! Very unprofessional and don’t recommend at all!

Lots of name brand clothes & shoes.. excellent prices on linens and housewares.. tons of purses.. $1 tag day every Tuesday and a stamp card worth $10 when filled.. As an avid thift store shopper, I highly recommend this place! Its one of my favorites!

Small + clean little thrift store with surprisingly low prices (compared to other thrift stores). Obviously the better quality items are a bit pricier! The turn-over at the store is not the greatest, but its definitely worth stopping by on a monthly basis to hunt for gems!

I found a toy ball that I needed for a project and it had no price tag on it, the young man there or any other employee could not sell it to me due to it not having a price tag. He stated that they have certain works that come in various times who only do the price tagging, so therefore he could not sell it to me. I was really disappointed in this stores actions especially when they did not try to accommodate me over probably $1 bouncy ball. Not happy with them and I started coming to them since they been open. So if you find something with no tag just forget it they will not sell it to you.

I found this place on accident and boy am I glad I did. I was very impressed with the items they have and the prices are fantastic. Nothing like goodwill, its clean, there are not screaming kids running around everywhere, and the prices are excellent. Love this place and I will be a frequent shopper here. Cant say enough good things about them. I would much rather support the little guy then give it to a greedy place like Goodwill. Love this place!!!!

I love dollar Tuesdays! What I dont like are the ladies that rush in there likes a race. They will literally pick out every color tag and take it. 1. Its clearly not their size 2. Most likely only taking it to resale. Also what really gets me is that when they see you on a certain section, they will start to look ahead of you to snatch items with the color tag. So annoying. The staff is awesome though, they do their best but Im sure its just as frustrating for them.

Got kick out of the store for giving my opinion of store employees stature. I gave him a commitment and I was asked to leave. So, I left and while I left, someone took a picture from behind. Is the parking lot their jurisdiction? If not, what are the legal consequencesPoor managementI was sitting in parking lot in my vehicle, had a store employee harass me in the parking lot to leave. I called the store, the manager would not acknowledge it. Why is he looking at my license plate?Should I post his license number and video of what he did?

This is a favorite place for thrift shopping. Its my #1 place for dresses, sports clothes, and accessories. Not even Goodwill can bet the prices, and the quality is amazing. It is a bit hit or miss, but thats thrift shopping.

Arrived at 8:40 pm. Took 5 minutes to choose some capri pants to try on. Went to the dressing rooms & they were locked. I politely asked for them to open one & was told they close in 15 minutes so I cant try on anything ..... Great customer service!!

They seemed to have nice things at great prices, however there are no restrooms which makes it very hard to even attempt to shop when you have little ones with tiny bladders
