The service provided by Sheree and team at Arizona Residential Management has been exemplary. I have been renting a property under her management for a 12 month lease and they provide top notch service - quick responses, constant communication, and overall awesome to deal with.Renting can be quite the headache yet they prove that it can be a positive experience.

When I look at relationships with organizations I work with, I view them either as a business relationship or Partnership. In my mind a business relationship exists when two entities enter into a contract to mutually work together. This relationship tends to focus on the self and the agreement exists to make sure each party is completing what was agreed upon. A partnership, on the other hand, is where two entities enter into an agreement with the realization that the success of the other party directly impacts your own success. The difference in the two, in my opinion, is the focus is on the other person and they become the priority.AZ Residential Management is a partner of mine in the management of my properties. I am an out-of-state investor and must truly rely upon my management company. AZ Management has been an incredible steward of my properties. Not only from a management perspective but assisting me in growing my investment portfolio. In fact, most of my residential properties have been sourced by the company and purchased sight unseen.Repairs are completed quickly, affordably and with quality vendors. If there are large ticket items, they provide me with multiple options and their recommendations. They also provide recommendations on future needs so budgets can be prepared and managed.I have always been impressed with how they maintain open and proactive communications with me, another reason why I view them as a partner. Pending vacancies are communicated promptly with a strategy for filing the property. I am also provided with area comps so we can jointly determine the best rental rate. Fortunately, I am lucky to work with a group where my vacancy rate is extremely low. In some cases, the property is already under contract before the current tenants move out. In the event the property does go vacant, I am provided with contacts and dates for utility changes.We have considered diversifying our investments into other states to protect our portfolio from economic downturns in one area. But to be honest, we ever pulled that trigger as we are unable to find a management group that provides us the same level of trust as AZ Residential Management.

We bought our home 3 yrs ago from Derek Habbeshaw at AZ Residential MGMT and the process was smooth and almost stress free also answered all my questions! We would recommend Derek and AZ Residential MGMT for anyone looking for great property management and or sales.

I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!! They have terrible customer service!!! Once they get your money and your signatures they couldnt care less about being friendly!! I find Sharee so horribly rude that I have been assigned someone else in the office as a contact!!! You can never speak to anyone its all done through email and quiet often you dont even get a response. Now they sent me a 5 day eviction notice for nonpayment of September 2013 rent. I have the money order receipt for that month and every month. I have spoken with money gram and my money order for September rent was cashed August 19th!!! Their records are incorrect!! Ive tried contacting them but everyone goes home early on Fridays so I have to wait 3 days into my 5 day notice to get it straightened out!! We love our home but unfortunately AZ Residential Management will be the reason we do not renew our lease!!

Sheree was great for me. There was a lot of maintenance work that needed to be done on the house I was renting, and it all got taken care of on time. Would use them again.

The epitome of greed right here. No call backs, long waits for repairs. They will get every penny they can out of you on the way out. Make sure you question any charges.

Dishonest. No integrity. I rented from them for over 2 years. I was a great tenant. I was told by the home owner that I took great care of the house and I never paid rent late. After move out, they hit my deposit with bogus charges. I tried contacting them day after day to ask what these charges were (they did not provide invoices). I called multiple employees multiple times and let voice mails, I sent several emails to multiple employees. I tried going to their office during business hours and they were not there. I even left a note in the drop box and they still ignored me. Very unprofessional and very shady. Once I finally got ahold of them, they blatantly lied about the condition of the home prior to my move in and about the condition of the house as I left it. Now they are once again ignoring me. Sheree Bunette and Barbara Habbeshaw are immoral and unprofessional. Also, during my lease they would never respond to my emails or phone calls and ignored any concerns I had. I would advise anyone to avoid doing business with these people.
