Went yesterday (Friday evening) and the 2 male staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. For a second I was thinking is this even possible? Am I in bws?

Was denied alcohol because apparently a foreign driving license cant be used as proof of age. Staff need proper training.

Terrible service. The employees of this store have very serious racial discrimination. I hope that the manager can improve the personal quality of the staff. The manager assistant is also very impolite and does not show any attitude to solve problems.

BAD SERVICEI was treated unfairly by one of the staff and it was clearly racial discrimination. The staff was being rude and arrogant when I tried to ask about the buy1free1 offer and interrupted me midsentence while I was asking. The staff seemed annoyed at me (or at my question) for no particular reason.After this incident, I wont step into this store again and would rather get my wine supply from Dan Murphys.Yes rude cashier, Im talking about YOU.

Amazing service, awesome customer service and a great range of beverages. I can order online and have my items within a couple of hours; chilled and ready to consume! I wouldnt order from anyone else.

Usually have no trouble here but one bad experience is enough to make us stay away.Was with 3 other friends (all legal with youthful looks I guess) and the cashier was rude as hell.1. He had to check all our IDs even though only one of us was buying a drink as a gift. Not what we usually experience but understandable, however -2. He didnt accept my international ID (I usually get into bars with the same ID so I dont really see an issue)3. Got chased out of the shop since I wasnt allowed in just so my friend could buy the drink, coolBut the WORST thing was that he was rude and spoke down to my legal friend even after he showed his Australian driver license, absolutely uncalled for mate.

Terrible service.. The staff here acts like they’re guarding the fkn chamber of secrets! my dad goes in to get some beers and i decide to tag along with him. When he goes to the register to purchase his drinks they ask for my id as well. I tell them i dont drink due to medical reasons plus i dont have my wallet on me (and i wasnt even buying anything in the first place). They didnt let my dad buy his drinks and we later went to another bottle shop that didnt have annoying workers like this one. This has never happened to me before even in the most strictest states! Loosen up 😒

I wanted to buy some quite specific whiskey and reds for Christmas presents and they were really helpful in finding just what i wanted.They will deliver free in teh CBD area too.. although as its in the QV complex, there is a carpark below and trams running down Swanston Street in front.BWS part of the Woolworths chain so if you have a Woolworths Rewards card you can get points on purchases here.

They have a good choice of wines, beers and spirits. For everyones budget. Friendly staff
