Went to return an online item. Had the items. Had the invoice on my phone. Was told I had to have the exact credit card. Explain that it is a card I don’t carry and only use for online. Store manager said no go. I wanted to leave the items and then phone in the card details for the refund. Store manager said no go. So much for the highlighted easy return policy. They had the items in front of them in perfect condition and the customer with the receipt but no go.Be very careful before buying anything online from Glue Store as they have no customer service at return time.

Cool place to buy casual wear

Akmal. JUST RIGHT. Helped me with my purchase. Got what i needed. Was the just the right amount of proper laughter stranger to stranger, related questions without being 2 much. JUST RIGHT n thats refreshing. Store on point as well.

Didnt have the watch I was looking for, but staff suggested competing stores where might have it.

I purchased two pairs of jeans and tried to return one. Staff were quite rude and busy doing other things. Tried to order online as an exchange, couldn’t do this either. I eventually received the refund, I spend a lot of money here and was left feeling like I was “dodgy” not appreciated as a valued customer at all!

Worst Customer service.Horrible mangers.Rude.Mean.I purchased a gift voucher $200 value and was charged on my card.When I went to make a purchase via the gift card, there was no money transferred onto the gift card.The sales assistant who severed me made a mistake and didnt load the money on the gift voucher.I went back to the Emporium Glue store and showed my proof of purchase from my bank statement, the mangers refused it and claimed it was my error. And said I need a store receipt to prove my purchase. A Bank statement is not good enough the Mangers said to me.They then called 2 security to remove my self from the store.This is disgusting awful behavior. I felt so sad and embarrassed.I felt bullied out of the store.

Team at glue store, Emporium were amazing and helpful, they did their best to make me happy. I reckon, manager at that store was really nice, thats why all the team were so co-operative. Thanks a lot, to give me the best shopping experience.

Worse store ever, awful staff service. I bought a short 2 days ago and after the payment the staff forgot to remove the security tag on the short. Today, I went back there to do the refund. The staff thought I stole their short to do the refund. And they said they have to check the camera, took me amost 20 minutes. Wasted my 20 minutes waiting and standing in the store. I was very angry about this situation. This is the staff fault at the beginning and they think I stole their stuff. I have the receipt, What the hell???? NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!

Decent selection but average customer service. Had just tapped to pay when I realised I had forgotten to show my student card for the 10% discount. The staff refused to process a refund and let me redo the transaction.

Great casual/dressy store. Plenty of trendy clothes. STRONGLY RECOMMEND

Terrible shopping experience. The store had marked an item at the price of $40. When we got to the counter it was realised by 2 staff attendants including a manager who both then failed to explain why us...as the customer...should not have been charged the marked price (again...as marked BY THEM). Shocking service for the sake of a few dollars. Will never shop here again!!
