This office is unbelievable I have never experienced such unprofessional practice in my life. The Office Manger Paul was very rude he hung the phone up in my face while I was talking. I have gotten better treatment at the vet I take my dog to. I needed paperwork for FMLA for my mom who is very sick.I sent the paperwork via email to Hailey 06/29/2021and the forms still have not been sent today is 07/13/2021. I called today and spoke with Hailey and told her NEVER MIND SENDING THE PAPERWORK! I will be sending a letter directly to the doctor.

The office staff could not be any more incompetent. If the phones are answered congratulations it’s a great day. Otherwise you’re likely to be hung up on; furthermore, if you are ordered blood work good luck finding out the results. Even if you’re severely anemic !!

Dr. McGrath and his team, especially Lindsey are the best. I have known Dr. McGrath for over 25 years and he is one of the best Dr.s I know. His knowledge in the Family medicine/Internal Medicine field is second to none. His support staff are World-Class as well and I will never change my Primary Care Manager until he retires which I hope is not for a long time. Do not use this Doctors at all. I had a Test done and was never contacted by this office. Over a year later I received a bill for the lab. I never received results from this office on this test and every single time I call They never return my call to talk to me about this issue. I did find out that his office gave my health care provider someone elses name .... a woman of a different age then myself. Dont ask me how this whole mess got connected to me, and still no answer back from him or his office.

My husband & I have been patients of Dr. McGrath for years & there is nobody we trust more for health care. I could list so many things that make him our choice but basically, hes a very smart guy! He also has a great staff supporting him.

This office is very disorganized. I have been a patient for several years and the staff is different every time I go to an appointment. Carmen is VERY RUDE and nasty every time I call for any reason. Every time I get a prescription renewal they either give me the wrong medication or the wrong dosage. I have even gone without medication for over a week because they forgot to print the refill. I even had to take an unsigned prescription across town to have The doctor sign it because someone dropped the ball. The staff always look unhappy and are never fully trained. If you have recurring prescriptions dont go here it could put your health at risk.

Dr. McGrath is the best doctor in town. Obamacare options had me switch doctors since he wasnt one of their providers but I went back to Dr. McGrath. As a cancer survivor, Id rather pay out of network & know that Im being looked after right than wonder if a stranger knows what hes doing.

Dr Mcgrath is the most caring professional physician I have seen.
