Very bad food .. idli sambhar I ordered in train ... Cost Rs 120/- which is not a big amount if they give good food to us... Idli was sour, sambhar was extremely sweet... In 120/- Rs you can still have good profit if you improve your quality little bit... Food was good considering it is Railway Station food. Preparation was clean and served food was warm enough to get taste. Sitting space was nice.Aqequate staff and serving time is very fast.Situated at plateform no 1 and have a lot of varieties in their menu. They also support cashless transaction.

I have used many outlets of the chain. I found outlet at NZM is the best and of Mathura is worst . Food served to me was tasteless . I found it expensive too . For serving to 3 persons they took almost 1 hours and 10 min. I think the outlet deals mainly in Thali .One more issue is that being one of the PAYTM merchant outlet deals in cash even asked to pay by PAYTM . My experience was not good .This was the only cafeteria i found at @ PF-1 . Very sorry to say that outlet does not deserve even a single star rating .

Isnt necessarily clean or tidy, doesnt serve much either, any food youd order will probably taste bad. But, they kick you out for just sitting and not ordering anything, they let you sit there as long as youd like, its a bit better than sitting out on the station. So, win-win I guess!

Very good service. Ordered Thali 2 minutes before arrival of train and my trains platform was opposite side, but still they delivered. Very fast and accurate service.

I have been to various other Comesum outlets and comparatively Mathura junction outlet is good in food quality. Inside Mathura junction travelers dont get any other option. Though the development work on station is ongoing and we can expect some other food outlets in near future.

Chole Bature is nice. Chai tea is ok. Breakfast menu consists of 5 items. Idlis are also good.

I was offered comesomes vegetable biryani in train itself. And it was the worst food that i ever had. It had impurities and also a thread of blanket i found in it. Very less amount and this thing charged me 140. I dont know what is worse. Stop focusing on earning money you fools and focus on customer satisfaction.I so wanna sue you guys.
