This Hotel is at strategic location. Looks fab from outside and lawn, parking area is properly maintained. The staffs, interior and amenities needs overhauling desperately. WiFi available but useless. Flush in the toilet doesn’t work. We booked 3 rooms. Each room had one towel each. Though got the required number of towel after se real hours on multiple reminders. One has to ask several times for each and every thing either housekeeping, room service, wifi password, water food menu towel. We booked 3 rooms for 1 night. We reached afternoon and ordered food in the restaurant. Food was amazingly delicious and delivered in time within 20 minutes. We decided to have our dinner here only. To our surprise the same food items ordered in evening were not at all even up to the mark and this time they serve the food in 80 minutes that too when we order 3 course meal they delivered everything together and again the tissue and water at the table served after several reminders. Room was smelly. Some kind of burnt fuel smell was there in one of the ac room and it didn’t go till we stayed there. All other rooms were booked so we weren’t able to change the room. Parking and the gate keeper was good and well behaved and helpful. All in all it was way costlier comparing the services and the quality. I would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel is good to stay for only a day. Not more than that. Here wifi is pathetic. My devices rejected it. The bathroom is bad enough. Like when I tried to use the tap, it came in my hand. The jetsprays are not functionally well. Here they was they didnt even give pillows and the cable connection is not certain. I wouldnt recommend it to stay.Thank you.

If you are there for a day ... It will work ... Looks Good , on Delhi Agra highway ... Rates reasonable if you book online travel sites ...But there are some issues also ...1. No complementary water bottle ...2. Hotel Charged double the amount of water printed on water bottle ... Staff replied they are following Managements order ..3. In a double occupancy room , they put only one towel ( dont know why )..4. One cup of tea costs ₹45 /- in hotel .. take out 5 minutes and you can have very good tea by paying ₹10/- outside the Hotel...5. Dental Kit was not in place in the room , and was only supplied when requested ...6. This Hotel adds Service Charge @15% alongwith SGST and CGST @2.5% each on food/tea etc ... We heard that Service Charges are voluntary ...I hope , Hotel Management will look these points as suggestion to improve ...

Excellent hotel, with big, clean spacious rooms a beautifull and well eqipped restaurant.I had a good experience with the staff at the hotel, Food taste, quality and quantity is also good.The best part is location its on the highway and virtually in middle if you want to go to Bankey, Bihari temple & Goverdhan parvar, about 5 KM from Janmabhumi.

This hotel is worst hotel i have ever seen in my entire life. Its bathroom taps are having electric current which can even cause electric shock and death.. and hotel management is also not helpful and even the receptionist is not co operative.. he dont even have manners to talk ith guest.. hotel services are worst. It is a complete package type hotel,in which they provide many services like banquet hall, rooms, marriage garden, restaurant etc.Quality always maintained by the hotel according to its name, values, location etc.If any one check the hotel . Reached hotel @ 11.15pm, it was prepaid..entred room geyser not working, maintenance person came after 20 min and told geyser element is damaged not able to repair.I Got call from reception that all the rooms are full and they cant do anything for hot water. If possible they will change my room in the morning, I asked what time in the morning, rudely he told me they cant give time guarantee. Then I told shall I wait without going to my work for hot water or change of room.I booked hotel in the afternoon and paid,   its their minimum responsibility to check the room..

A good hotel...service is good...and the food is also good. Had a nice experience staying over there. Only problem is that it is located slightly far from the various tourist destinations in Mathura but conveyance is available so that is not much of a problem.

There are a lot of pros amd not much negative to write about Hotrl Giverdhan Palace. We had booked 3 rooms for 2 nighs via GoIbibo. And we were happy with the firat impression of the hotel as the interiors were really nice. The rooms are spacious, with all the modern amenities that are required. I had a bath tub in my room, which was amazing. The view from the window was quite nice too as it was overlooking the huge garden upfront. But the most endearing quality to rwmwm1and wrote about has to be the cordial staff and the immaculate service. The staff was so courteous and service driven that in our 3 days of Agra, mathura, vrindawan, fatehpur Sikri and bharatpurbirdsanctuary trip, each night we were reaching back hotel pretty late and everytime they happily obliged our requests of hot water, extra blanket pillow, toiletries and warm milk. The only think not to like is the food. We had one lunch, brkfast an dinner and the food wasnt tasty. But this is something ehich xan definitely be avoided. The service quality of Hotel GP is masterful and I would definitely recommend it.

I booked room through country club membership. Country club has really fallen below standards to associate with this property. Rooms are not much big. Also wooden floor in room is leaving dust. No tea bags/coffee provided in room. Rest location wise its good and outside lawn and parking is good.

Very conveniently located, directly on highway, ample space, you finish mathura in a day, vrindavan in another and barsana in third, each time this one seems to be the perfect starting point and specially during your return travels it is truly comfortable as you dont have to deal with city traffic. Restaurant is a bit small, but they make it up by providing quick service to your room, that too without any room service charges, my stay was good overall! 👍

Nice Hotel located right on the Delhi-Palwal-Agra highway. Ambience and staff is good. Rooms were clean and food is good, taste as well as price. Hotel has sufficient parking place. I would suggest if hotel could do buffet breakfast rather individual orders then it would be better.

Very Good Experience

This is one of the oldest hotel 3 star hotel of Mathura with big gardens. Location wise it’s very easy to reach as it is just on the Agra-Mathura highway and hardly 3 km from Mathura junction railway station.Coming on to rating part: please keep thing in mind that it’s just 3 star hotel with spacious rooms they use to rent there gardens for marriages. Food and service is just OK. Hotel staff take care well of hygiene and cleanliness. Over all I’ll give 4 star.

It is a great place. A 3 star hotel. First of all the location is prime as it is located on the NH19, and is a great place to stay at. One of the few good hotels in Mathura. Service isnt that good but still is good enough . Food is nice. Mathura junction railway station is around 1 km far.

Wastage of money. 0 facility Room no 104 & floor were dirty. Lock issue in wash room door.Provided another room at same floor after request but there was lizard hence kids scared & denied to move in room.Again provided another room no 212 whereas wasnt working properly. Intercom not working properly hence have to move at reception for complain andfood order.Post that intercom repaired around 10 and during this kids were hungry alot.Shower was just for show piece in wash room.Worsen experience

The infrastructure of the hotel is very good with decent rooms. However, the room service is poor. You may get dental kit on demand but bathroom slippers and comb may not be provided even after repeated requests.

This is an average accommodation for the people who are looking for a pocket-friendly medium budget hotel. The food offered by the hotel is very tasty you can always find something for your family and friends each and every time when you open the menu card. Located on the Agra Delhi highway and hence is easily visible while someone is driving. Parking space is more than enough to park those big size SUV s and sedan cars. This is an old building and now day to day maintenance is required in each room since I had two rooms for my family and toilets in both the rooms were not working in a proper manner although hotel staff was already aware of the facts and blame the owner for not considering this urgent sanitation issue I hope needful will be done in near future. We had visited the hotel in the summer season and the air conditioning was also not good enough for the hot summer days. Otherwise the stay was comfortable

The hotel has green lush surroundings which is the thing I liked the most you can always take a walk or spend some time on the green grass , I was a bit disappointed by the ambience of the rooms, its gives you a dull and low feeling, still I think it has a lot of potential, its an old building so dont expect a very lavish experience and accordingly its a bit overpriced.

I had a worst experience in this hotel , Firstly I booked Super deluxe room with complimentary breakfast for 3 nights and 4 days . Hotel gave me deluxe room for 2nights and when I asked at reception , he simply said that his boss had written in diary to give deluxe room inspire of my booking voucher . Even , they argued regarding complimentary breakfast . More over , hotel service is very bad , no cooperation from hotel staff and specially hotel reception dont know how to talk to customer . On check out day , when I asked to give bill including check in / check out details he simply refused without listening my query . when I asked food bill again at reception , he simply refused to give day wise details for which I have to wait at reception counter for almost 20-25 min. , talking to his manager on phone , making him understand about my query ???? what is this ??? they are in service industry and dont know how to behave and understand customer .... Intentionally , first they had not given me the super deluxe room for which I had paid money ...

Was little disappointed with the facility. Not worth Rs. *******/- per day. The room booked was Executive Deluxe but the facilities were just like any other rooms in the hotel. There was confusion about complementary breakfast. First they were not offering (they were not aware) and then they handed over coupons to be used at the restaurant - not what you expect at a star hotel. There was no laid breakfast, just one item out of the menu to select. The food quality was good. There was an unhealthy smell in the bathroom. The bath shower was not functioning properly.Overall an average hotel./..
