Very poor service. Their usual answer to most questions is - not possible. There was water leakage from the hand shower, which was not repaired even after repeated requests. Not a single staff in the hotel wears a mask, putting all guests as risk! The response of the reception staff when asked to explain her absence of mask was just to grin.Please avoid this place

It is a nice place.They have multiple halls, a nice big lawn even a swimming pool.The rooms are good, service can be much better.Over all its fine for a small wedding.

This is for the restaurant service, we waited almost 1 hour 40 minutes to get the food served, shame on the entire staff as no one takes responsibility for the orders placed.

We stayed there with family n kids for 2 days for a wedding function. . Our rooms were neat and the facilities were good. The ambience was also decent and staff was courteous. The property was clean and maintained.Food was fine, though the choices were limited but were enough & well prepared. Aloo prantha was great!I have to deduct one star because of the delayed house keeping/ kitchen service.. we had to call many times for breakfast n other etables. It can be due to the fact that the place is rather new and still bracing up!!The place dosent have an indoor resturant, so the breakfast is served in rooms itself.On the last day of our stay, breakfast buffet was spread with good healthy food items.Overall it was a good stay, if given a chance I would love to go there again but they should improve on their speed of hosekeeping and kitchen services.Good luck to them and thanks!

Very Nice and Clean rooms, Interiors give you a lavish feeling, its on the main Highway so you can be easily going if you dont have any work in the city, I visited recently so there was no restaurant service available rest it was good.

Need to inculcate business ethics. Taking advance for a program from one party and then cancelling it later on, stating that some other party has been booked on the same date. Grow up!!!

It was an excellent stay at The Mystic Palms. The ambience of the hotel is beautiful. Food is delicious and not to forget the awesome tea. I loved the staff as they are very polite and extremely helpful. I had a situation where I needed to get some currency exchanged, I got it in really good rates. In all a pleasant place to stay!I visit Mathura pretty much every year and I would surely stay again at The Mystic Palms.. ❤

This review is about the cafe. Not the hotel.Went there in Dec -19.Ambience -5/5 (one has to consider to that the place is in Mathura).3 different seating location. One - Main area. Second - beside the pool.3rd - Side sitting area.For sure this place will be the first place to be booked for new party.Service -2/5 ( damn too slow and the attenders were damn too lazy as well).Food -4/5. (Tried Non Indian food).Cost - 4/5. ( Value for money).

It is a good hotel to host marriages as it has open lawn. But for casual stay in Mathura it is a bit away and on a national highway. One may Struggle getting taxi from that location. Also work of the highway is going on so not a pretty scenic location to be in. It has a banquet hall so a good hotel for marriages and similar functions. The rooms are clean and pretty affordable for the value you get for that money.

Awesome place to stay.....I think the Mystic Palms offers one of the best rooms available in Mathura.. Nice n cozy interiors, ample room space with all required amenities, exclusive bathrooms, spacious lawns, good parking space, very tasty food etc....The managements obsession with quality is quite visible in all aspects....Overall an excellent experience... Located on the main road, Good location, Big lawn, guests room available for any marriage function. Overall it was a nice experience visiting this place on the marriage or my friends sister.Perfect space, but one thing that I have notice that they do not allow any other DJ to play in this place and their Dj is poor with the choices of songs.
