Went to DTDC margao branch in Goa. There the guy told me that my docs would have to be put in another envelope which i had to get along as they do not keep envelopes with them. Well thats ok i said. My airmail envelope had to go to canada for which he started asking me to give him my Aadhar copy + PAN Card copy + passport copy. When asked why he wanted all 3, he said for security reason.I dont know if really all 3 docs are needed for security purpose or he is just collecting my personal data to sell to others. I felt as if my document was not going to canada but i was travelling to canada?:)

I had to send a parcel so visited the margao branch. Received great service as the person who dealt with me was extremely polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend this branch to others

My package is sitting there since 4 days in margaon facility. because the driver does not want to come to cavelossim. he is too lazy. last month also he did the same thing. the manager lied saying there was a vehicle problem and that it was his day off and i shoujld call the office. i called the office overheard the driver on the phone telling the receptionist that he does not want to go to cavelossim. hes too lazy. do NOT use this company

I had to courier my fathers medicines to Srilanka... I dont know the name but the girl working over there has least experience and uneducated...dont even know to copy a proper address and contact details.. when we asked her how that mistake happened and took very long time to deliver the parcel, she doesnt even know how speak humbly with customer.. worse employees ever👎👎👎

I had a parcel to be delivered. Where in these guys called me up twice and since I was busy at work, I somehow couldnt answer their calls. So they put me a msg, saying, is this Seneca Mazarello? We have been trying to call up so many times, and since u didnt pick the call, u need to come and pick the parcel up. .and. When I asked her if youll dont deliver? She replied saying we do but then since u didnt pick the call, u need to come and take the parcel before 6 PM. Like she is my boss wow. I so wanted to post the screenshots along with the review....... Are we working under them? And upon calling these guys, she actually has the odesity of saying that I took it wrong. And upon asking the staffs name, she was so afraid of giving her name. First of all these guys are very lazy and also dont have the odesity to talk. No manners at all. I

Doesnt deserve evn a single star . Parcel had 2 b delivered from goa to mumbai on 6th nd was told wuld reached by tue which is 9th upon callin d customer care it is sd dat it will b delivered by 11th nd dey were asking d receivers address as dey say it is nt updated in d app. Worst service ever

As per the tracking parcel reaches the destination office but without a receiver being contacted goes back to some other location..... Tried to reach all the number provided on google customer care but none of them are picked.Cant afford to lose the original documents like this with zero ownership or responsibility. Doesnt value for time and money. Big no to this service .... And i this should be shut down immediately as it it a fraud company.

They lost my parcel and dont have the proper facility to track it.When I call no one answers. When they do answer they claim that they dont know the whereabouts of the parcelImpolite. Zero customer service.Its been almost 2 months that my client has not received the parcel nor have i received the parcel back causing a tremendous loss in my business.

At this stagnant lockdown period where movement froze..DTDC is working in with all its might to serve its customers...irrespective of Rain,tollgates,speedbrakers,ups and downs...hills and valleys....And I Received things.. safely

Pitiful, pitiful experiences. They do not inform the customers that the parcel has arrived. They sleep with them. Then after trying to track whether the parcel we were expecting was sent, we hear the parcel had arrived 10 days back, but they cannot find it. Totally irresponsible. Better shut down.

Wish they had a rating in minus would have given them the least. Worst service. Rude behaviour and laidback attitude. Please dont send important documents through these people. Phone is not reachable and d delivery guy never comes to your place and you receive a message stating that the customer was not available at the time of delivery. Inspite of the address being clearly mentioned they ask for your address. Shame on your service.

Probably the worst courier service in India. My tracked package was out for delivery on Dec 27th. It has not arrived. Their Panjim office does not answer the phone.The do not communicate with their customers.The seller of the goods has also made a complaint.Think carefully before you use this company!

Dtdc Courier service is very bad, never answe the call, few staff dosent know the pin code of the states. Guys u need to learn more. Work on international level. I was suppose to receive a courier from Hyderbad on urgent basis, I paid charges for urgent deliver to Goa. But havent received. Be professional.

DTDC Courier service margao is the lousiest. We reside in Quepem, South-Goa. Earlier we used to get all our DTDC courier on time. But now the new office says that they dont have service to Quepem and EVERYTIME they make us to come all the way to their office and collect it personally.Then what are they for? For what are they charging us money?We get service even from Bluedart, FEDex to our address, but not DTDC.To avoid inconvenience, We even tried telling them to inform the sender that their service is not available at Quepem.DTDC ought to improve their network and their attitude towards their clients.
