Quality and expensive

Poor attitude towards customer.i visited this shop today with my 2 years old daughter.As i was busy in seeing the collection by mistake my daughter dropped her water bottle on the floor.shop lady said me to go out of the shop first n then was telling other customers why people bring kids along with them.My question is why she did not hang the board saying kids are not allowed to enter in the shop.It took 2 seconds to wipe out the water.I would have done it witout any shame.The way she showed her behaviour towards cutomer was negative at all.By the way at my home no one was there to take care of my kid so i had no option than to take her along with me.
