The margaon has no mall no shopping street if you really want to shopping this is only store with good stuff, its at mainroad, easily visible and parking at doorstep, stoor nicely displayed and very good stuff with competitive prise all western and ethnic wear all available for gents and ladies appart from that purses accessories , scarf, goggles shoe and sandles available, good stock in woolen items, fitting room available , really good ambience happy to shopping here. Two cashcounter so you dont have to wait here and I really like the footwear collection its great

This one star is only due to such a lazy staff! One was busy on his phone. Other was least bothered to even help with removing the hook of the footwear which I wanted to try, he saw me taking out myself but yet walked away.. not a single staff approached asking what Id like to see when I spent more than an hour at the outlet. I myself was unbuttoning the shirt, taking off hanger etc to take it to trial room but despite of being free and very next to me they just stared, hardly interested in sales. I really like the stock they get and also the pricing but this time because of the staff it felt so unwanted. Even at the billing counter when my turn came a staff walked away and replaced with another staff member, did not have a simple courtesy to tell me that Ill be attended shortly or by another staff.

Good shop with a variety of goods. Well maintained and the staff are very helpful. Prices could be a little lower but oh well.

What I like about Clothes from the westside is, their clothes are of very good quality and last long. Also, the Clothes dont fade off that quicker when used for year. Not only this the pricing for the clothes is also nominal and not very expensive. I am not a Regular buyer of Westside Cloths but I often used to purchased cloths here especially Shirts, because the Westside cloths quality is awesome

So I went to west side Margao today to purchase some home ware items. The valet guard was very helpful and guided me well. Besides this the staff provides hand sanitizer and does temperature checks at the entrance door. Unfortunately, the stock of the items of interest (cushion covers) were limited. We purchased some other items on sale that were lovely. They have incredible old and new stock of jumpsuits, dresses and shoes. Assistance was well provided by all staff.

Not my favourite place to shop. The staff is generally unavailable or busy. Two staff members will cater to one. I dont understand why. Anyway, the management definitely needs to change. Some of the managers stand like cops watching staff manage the customers. I didnt get any help at the baby clothes department. When I started to pick up 8 items, I noticed a girl approach me. So much for service. Westside is generally my last resort. Nothing stands out.

Good collection but staff is not efficient . Even if you buy a single item you have stand in line at the billing counter atleast for 20mins . And this has happened to me repeatedly 3 times. Once I just kept things and left from stores after getting fed up of waiting in line .... If there is so much of inefficiency they should increase number if counters ....

Location of the outlet is good and easily accessible. Atmosphere within the outlet is really nice and staff is helpful. They follow social distancing and good hygiene. Although theres less variety in store, quality of the products is very good. I enjoy shopping at Westside. Thanks to TATA.

The range in clothing and accessories were great, overall love the store. I would have rated this 5 stars if your employee hadnt rudely stopped me from entering the changing room in the section I was shopping from and made me go to the one on the other end of the store because it was against the rules for women to enter the mens changing room First of all, non of the changing rooms had any gendered signs. secondly, they let a woman in after me because she had a kid with her.. what exactly are the exceptions for this rule of yours? And as a non-binary, Im offended. Just when I thought Westside acknowledged that clothing isnt gender specific by not putting mens or womens lables on the sections nor the fitting rooms. Id like to think such a high tier store wouldnt have such transphobic rules, but I guess not. Im sorry for typing such a long review, but I think this topic deserves a review for triggering my dysphoria.

A good place for some trendy apparel. Some staff are helpful too, but worth mentioning is Arif who is a manager there is really helpful and I have had good experience from past couple of years.I can think of 2 staff too who were helpful but I havent seen them around, the last time I was there.Mens the sizes fit well and cloths and footwear is trendy and with womens I believe sizes fit a bit bigger.

Ive walked out of this place thrice with the sensor tag still on, even though there is nothing to worry about because I have the bill in hand, it is certainly embarrassing with all those eyes gazing towards you!

Last year I had purchased lotsss of stuff from Westside,Margao.Great selection of clothes, jewellery,etc but just one complaint cum suggestion, please keep Plus sizes for Men Clothing and Womens too.Very good quality stuff, good service, location, parking😆👌 Owners kindly note this,tc.Will definitely visit soon in future after the Covid crisis gets over.

This mall is very close to my home and has turned into a gift center of sorts for my mother. It has something for almost everyone and of every size. I like the home decor section upstairs and the footwear section for women. The variety in kids clothes is also quite good. The staff is a little clueless sometimes but most are helpful. (Has a wheelchair accessible entrance)

The staff stand around and cater to customers that only they like. Some days they are good. Some days they dont care. This was at the shoe counter . The payment section is very slow and ineffective. Come here only if you have all the time in the world to waste.

Too crowded, dont mean to be too rude. As a customer I would not like to be turned away because of the crowd but as social distance is the new norm, things have to be monitored

The store is quite conveniently located yet felt the staff is very lazy and keep themselves busy gossiping. Had to coax them a lot to show us sizes and varities. Collection is good. The store is full of mosquitoes, please be careful.
