Very very busy Bus Stand. Its always crowded and lively. If you want me to define this place in one word, I would call it utter chaos. Place is dirty and unhygienic. Good thing, you dont have to wait long for your commute as there is one or the other bus to cater you like every 5 minutes.

Ka
Review №43

The worst bus station in Goa. Chaotic is the simplest way of describing it. Private vehicles interfere even though this is a bus station. To add to that private buses halt anywhere they please in the premises. Its as if the State Government is not bothered.

This bus station is LIFELINE of North Goa public transports. Hundreds of buses reach and depart from here every hour. This is considered as a center point of public transport network in Goa. The buses from here transit to almost all the parts of the city. No doubt its very congested and crowded. Buses fares range between Rs 10 to 50.

Worst place. Especially considering the fact that Goa is such a tourist attraction I wonder how this is so bad. Taxis and autos will demand too high (like Rs500 for 10kms) so just go to the road outside, catch one there and save yourself half of that cost

Busiest and dirty bus Stand. The waiting area smells like pathetic and they dont even bother to clean that area. There are plenty of buses available here and the conductor of the of the bus will shout like hell to aquire people for this bus. As most of the bus are private the dont usually have a ticket system and I also feel that the buses are quite small than usual which makes difficult to carry luggage. The bus driver drive like reckless in the bus depot so you need to be careful as the bus stand itself is small and crowded.

Very crowded during peak hours. If you are not staying in goa and need to travel near by states like Maharashtra or Karnataka then you make sure that youll come at bus stand before 7 oclock after that you probably need to book private vehicle from Goa or taxi which are way too expensive.Be aware of pick pocketrs during night time. Uncooperative staff make sure you check your bus timings before.

Politics made it to worse from bad. He should think of retirement. Michael was right. After so many years being elected he developed outside ghatis n mapsekar are going into hell. Mapsekar need to think seriously what they want. Someday electing ghatis or local Goan. Get the right for urself n for ghatis. They will take all the govt jobs affect showing Goan Adhaar card n Goan will b in search of jobs still.

There are bus to Panjim in every half hour and assistant will start shouting Panjim non stop x n number of times. There are number of shops just in front of this stand from where you can rent bike/scooty. They will charge you 200 to 400 depend on Season and scooters condition ie.new or old.Bikes are Rs 200 expensive than scooters.Go with the scooter , it is cheap + roaming around in scooter is relaxing(no gear).
