Very rude experience. Quoted very high price of laptop RAM and when asked why is it so expensive, which is around 40 per cheaper online. Rudely responded by asking me to buy online.Thanks for the rude reply. Next time will never visit you.

The staff or owner I dont know who it was very rude. I told him that i would pay extra but i wanted ms office downloaded in front of me. He disagreed and wanted to do it behind closed doors to which i disagreed and told him that before in other service centers they have broken my laptop. i was reluctant to give my new laptop to anyone who was not installing it infront of me as hatley did not give me guarantee that they would not break it and i did not trust them. Above all the staff was rude and technicians should repair in front of you as they do not take the guarantee that they will not break it. I left this place as the staff was rude. Please do not go to such technicians who repair behind closed doors and do not take the guarantee, they can say anything and you cannot do anything about it.

Very unprofessional staff, they are stealing the spares parts of the laptop. I gave him my laptop 2,3 months before even he is not responding to my call to ask about my laptop.

The computer parts were available here when we approached. The prices are ok. Also good service.

Went with my laptop computer recently which wouldnt turn on. Friendly young folks here with a know-all attitude, although I expected some professionalism (considering the companys popularity). The laptop goes inside and sits with the technician for nearly 40 mins and now I get to hear the response that the mother board is faulty!Hearing a few honest suggestions from the chief here, I ask for a quotation to repair/replace and he sends back the PC inside to get the part number. Another 30 minutes pass to tell me that he has got the picture of the part, but will let me know the costs later. 11days have passed since, no message from them, besides my communication.Well, I wonder why should it take so much time to just find the fine print of the part number which any literate person would tell by reading it from opening the cover! Also, I feel it is unnecessary, lacks transparency, and truly unprofessional for not asking or notifying the customer to check/scan for data on his hard drive when the problem was detected elsewhere.All these behind-the-screen amateurish actions only make me suspect whether my valuable personal Data and Music Archives of 19 years labour have been compromised. Only God knows! Thanks to Mr. Savio here who was kind enough to allow me to check the computer the technician used to service mine, but it was both impossible and too late then to determine any copying has done. However, its a big lesson learnt from sheer negligence to safeguard my data before entrusting anyone like Hatley for PC repairs. Truth will prevail.

I contacted the guys from Hatley on Vatsap, and while I was going to their office, they picked up the necessary equipment for me. Then they answered my many questions.Friendly and cheerful atmosphere in the office. Really competent professionals work there.Plus, they always have a lot of Indian clients in the office. If you trust your own, then this is the key to the quality of their work.In general, thank you very much guys! Now for any reason - only to you!

In Goa, a working laptop broke down - the situation is unpleasant, frankly, an unknown company in India (DNS), but the guys tried to fix it and kept it in the know. Unfortunately, they could not fix it (in India there were no suitable accessories), they refused to take money from us for diagnostics. We immediately asked if they had new laptops on sale - yes, it turned out that there were. The prices are inexpensive. They immediately russified us a laptop, spending their time and nerve cells, although the flow of customers did not fade away from them. They speak excellent English, we laughed a lot while we waited. They also bought a case with a cable for a hard drive from a broken laptop and at the end they gave us a high-quality backpack for a new laptop. Repair any equipment related to computers and phones. They were not in other services, but even in Russia they did not see such a good service. I recommend these guys.
