Rubbish service from staff and management . Does not honour warranty and is very rude in his dealing .I wud not even walk into this shop if it were the last shop in earth.In the reply the owner has only mentioned that the customer brought the product in damaged condition but has not mentioned that he has discontinued dealing with the product brand any longer . Say for example if the product was faulty and not damaged than still he wud not be able to serve. Infact Aarkay has sold me the last 4 pieces of the tap for the wash basin whcih means he is not having any more stock of thus product and he is not dealing with the brand anymore.If he had discontinued to deal with the product he shud not have even sold it to me.What is there for aarkay to mention he was polite , he is not at the losing end.Never before i have had such a horrible experience. Also i have been charged 2 prices for the same product just because i bought it the next day , when in fact i had mentiond that if this tap fits well i will buy the balance 3 pieces next day.,
