Last week we booked them again for moving from Goa to Pune. They were supposed to reach at 9:30am but kept delaying every hour and finally ended up reaching at 5pm to pick up stuff. Our office worked suffered so much becuase of the,. Our whole day wasted in cordinating with the team. They had charged us according to next day delivery. When you book them, we are forced to make full payment before they pick up stuff, otherwise the tempo doesnt leave. The person promised me to take my complaint mails seriously and consider the compensation amount through proper procedure for all the trouble they gave us. They assured we will receive delivery on time unlike the pickup. The day our stuff was suppoed to reach, they had major coordination problem among labours and the driver. Gave us all the excuses. They delivered 1.5 day later. No reply for all the mails Ive sent them for compensation for the troublle as well as late delivery. We had to pay extra money for the hotel stay. Very unprofessional threatening people sitting there. Beware! Never going to book Agarwal again. Too expensive for this kind of professionalism.

This is second time I have bad experience . They put total unprofessional people for the job. I recommend not to use their service. Their are others packers and movers who do the job very neatly and professionaly and even lower price then them
