Its very important to understand and acknowledge your fault of your staff, get the necessory correction done, do not repeat the same again,Instead of doing this letting a customer go who was with youll for 20 years is a total failure on your path, very sad affair,The replacement that was given if he would have not insisted on checking I am sure you guys would have pushed it on him.We need to support each other in this Panademic and not thug people,Bad attitude and pathetic service.
Bad experience today 21st september 2020.I purchased an SMPS dc power supply adapter for my TV set top box, unfortunately it wasnt working when I took it home, today i went to Harvic to exchange it and the guy who opened the shop was very rude, he said he wont take it back.After a lot of Argument he exchanged it , I told him to check it, he said its a new piece , I gave him my set top box to check but set top box was not working, he told me that set top box was faulty, I tried to make him understand that the set up box was good as I had used it at home with my other smsps power supply.He was even still rude,I asked him for multimeter so I could check but he said he doesnt have .I asked his name but he said why you want.He told me please go from here.Finally he gave my 200 rs back and I went to another shop and bought the part and my set up box was working, again i went back to Harvic electronics and told him that my set up box was good but both his smps power supplies were faulty.I told him not to sell these faulty parts to another customer as these days people are really in need of money and are Jobless.Since 20 years I am a frequent customer of Harvic, their service was excellent but today these boys dont care about their buisness, i am never going back to Harvic and neither will i recommend Harvic to anyone .Please note that the power supply was checked in front of me and the indicator light was fluctuating, the guy said that his extension board was faulty, also I never took free service from Harvic, I have paid for the parts I purchased, instead of apologizing for the rude behavior , Now Harvic has commented on my review, it doesnt matted to me but Harvic should realize that every customer is the story behind their success.Should anyone want details my email is [email protected] drop in a mail.Savio
