Really sweet people. Panjim airtel store people kept finding lame excuses to not do work. People in mapusa store were prompt and friendly.

Very annoying lady who sits in the centre.. attitude is as if she is a miss universe...sorry to say but after looking at her attitude I m porting my sim to some other company... didnt even feel like talking to tht stupid, useless person.......

My Karnataka prepaid airtel simcard stopped working since 10 days. There is no signal showing at all. I did restarting , sim slot change, roamed different places but still no signal ☹. I stay near Anjuna Goa. I dont know what to do. 4 days back I came to this store but it was closed. is this store open today onwards?? can u send ur phone no to shivakumar.rnm at gmail com ??

Terrible slow service.. very small office... peopels were standing like chickens in chicken house... no chairs to sit.. how a such big company cant have better office... I had to go 4 times office to get open prepaid number...only good thing was staff... rest was terrible...

The executives dont really care about customers whatsoever. The office is as small as a dingy hut. No pace to sit or breathe. Be prepared to face hell here during peak hours

Every time I go to the Airtel office in mapuca, they always tell me that the systems are down. I had gone last year to do the number portability and they made me go 7 times to their office. I tried calling them on the contact number provided by them and they never pick up the call no matter which number I tried calling them by. There is a lady in the Airtel mapuca office who appears to be the one incharge. She knows very little English, absolutely no konkani and talks in hindi mostly. She is very arrogant and has alot of bad attitude. They made me return the sim card they sold to me twice and then the third time it started working. Please do something.I went yesterday for my daughter to get a new sim connection. And what do you know? I got the same story. SYSTEMS ARE DOWN. The same crazy lady incharge gave me a number and said to call her after three hours. Tried calling and again the same old story. No one picked the calls.I love the Airtel service, but the staff is pathetic and horrible.Airtel tells us and advertises about superfast data speed. Please give your customer service super fast speed and prompt connections.

Terrible airtel and this office service. I lost about 2000 rupees for those sim cards. They dont even have a telephone number. All numbers are robotic and its impossible to speak with an airtel operator to resolve all the problems that you will have buying these sim cards. 121 and 198 are all useless. The application is useless. There is no option to chat with an operator. Every time you have to go to a bigger city, complain a lot and in the end the same thing - nothing will we resolved. But anyway you will pay more and more. Disgusting
