Nice stay there. I have stayed 1 day but offline booking is better than online booking. Offline booking counts 24 hours from our check-in timings but in online 12 PM to 12 PM they will charge for extra hours. Otherwise the room was neat and hot water is also available in the morning. It has its own bar and restaurant in the ground floor so pure veg is not available there.

I wish I could not give any star to the hotel. Absolutely horrendous service, firstly there was no boy to help with the luggage. Alloted room was locked for ages it seems , had a bad smell, bedsheets were dirty with marks, furniture had layer of dust, wardrobe unclean, and rude staff. We had to change the room because it was so unclean, but we literally shifted everything on our own, hotel staff was standing and just gave us new towels and left. Absolutely no for family and women, it is located somewhere very inside in a tiny gali (street).

Service is actually not that impressive, but the place is good even though it is into an interior area away from the main road. There are many stray dogs so watch out.

Very pleasant stay at Hotel accept location. Away from city centre but very good atmosphere to stay. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Hotel staff are acceptionally good and supportive.

Had a wonderful experience. The room was modern, pleasant and absolutely clean. The staff were courteous. Entire experience was hassle-free. Food was delicious. I wouldnt mind staying here again just to break the routine. Absolutely recommend this to anyone.

Lovely place I visited many time when I go India to my country good and safe private place

I stayed for 2 nights at a nightly rate of ..inr. The hotel is away from all vehicular noise and was a 15 min ride to malpe. I was given filtered water for drinking (hot and cold) as per my request, which I loved since I hate plastic. The room had a functional shower with hot water. The room was spacious and was clean. I found the hotel hygiene acceptable as I was just there for sleeping.

Room had a bathtub, which is like a wow. on the other hand, I felt the room could have been cleaner.

Room was clean and organized. No issues with that. Bathroom shower had some leakage, so it can be fixed. Staff was friendly. They charged Rs. 200 for early check-in at 6am, so decent enough. Food orders come from a nearby restaurant. Electricity went off for a short while in morning, and didnt come for 30 minutes which we couldnt report due to Phone also not working.

It was great..... Good rooms at affordable price, nice parking facility, good staff service, with bar and restaurant.

Check in process was really stressful because I requested for a early check in and called up the hotel but when I reached the receptionist was sleeping and I had to wake him up which took almost 5 minutes then I waited for 10 more minutes to get the room. Once I checked in and went to the room, it was one of the dirtiest rooms I have ever stayed, blanket was torn and had some stains, the bed sheet was dirty and the room was full of hair. I requested to get the room changed but I was told all the rooms are full . I was given a new bedsheet and advised that housekeeping would come after 9am to get the room cleaned. I was not ready to wait so, I changed the bedsheet, kept the blanket aside and tried to get some sleep. I tried to lock the door but the lock is not proportional, I have attached a pic of that and the door had some cracks as well, near the bathroom the cealing had a big hole and the tv was not working as well. I went back and requested for a different room but was denied and I had already made the payment , so I had no other option but to stay there.says that breakfast is complimentary, hot water is available, tv, locker, iron board and water would be provided but these are not provided by the hotel. . In the bathroom, there is no towel as well. What you get when you stay at this one star hotel is a stinky bed, plastic chair and a table. You need to pay 2600 INR for two days of hell. Please dont stay here and waste your money.

It was a pleasent stay 7th Dec. Room was very good looking, neat and clean worth the money paid. Hotel has some 8-10 car parking place. Though I had booked standard non Ac room as it was hot I change to Ac. The given room had AC just he issued AC remote. I would have given 5 stars if counter boy was experienced and WiFi had some problem due to previous day rain. If I come back to Manipal will be happy to stay at this hotel.

Hotel staff is very good. They let us check in early at the hotel and the room was amazing. The only issue was cockroaches, which we didnt encounter at first but after 2 days out of nowhere we saw many cockroaches. Hotel receptionist provided a new room to us, which was very good.didnt like the receptionist asking needless questions about the cockroach. But in the end he provided us a new room, so its all good.

Worst experience, the room was full of mosquitoes, no power backup during the night.Did not provide basics like Towels, soap and bedsheet untill asked. They were also not smelling good.Charged 10/- extra over MRP fir the water bottle we bought from the reception.

A good affordable stay in Manipal. Staffs are friendly. Not quite noticeable from main road as it is bit interior. Parking is good. Rooms are considerably clean with clean restrooms. Havent tried those bar and restaurant facility though. Most of the places are accessible from this hotel.

It was good. 1st, they have provided me room no. 304 which was not good because the entire day the room behaves like a kind of furnace with running fan also. The outside temperature was much less than the room temp. After complaining, they have changed the room and gave me room no 307 which was also a non-ac standard room, but it was quite bigger than 304 with normal temperature inside. 307 also had sofa, chairs, 2 fans which was not there in room no 304.But the staffs are good. They helped me a lot. Room service is also good. I reached 4-6 hours early, but still they have not charged extra and gave me the room. Attached restaurant & bar is there. Price of food is reasonable at the restaurant but on the other hand you have to compromise your taste. I have ordered Chicken boneless hyderabadi biriyani, but the preparation was not good. Chicken pieces were good. Another day I have ordered fish, which was good. Overall, ill recommend this hotel. Compare to other hotels at manipal, according to the room type, I think it was reasonable.

Hotel receptionist and hospitality is great, found the surrounding a bit shady since there are bars around, loved the room, clean and stylish. TV supports USB connection which was great since I had a hard disk full of movies. although everything was great, there were only minor things which they could provide to customers, like basic toiletries, a glass and a cup. But still a great stay.

A comfortable place to stay with extremely responsive Staff. Neat, clean and tidy setup with excellent location 3-4 hundred metres away Manipal University Campus.Prompt response and warmth of staff is worth appreciation. Value for money. Points for consideration is adding a electric kettle, electric iron with table and breakfast on demand facilities.Good setup for stay with family.Best Wishes & thank you for a comfortable stay.

Worst service. Dont go to this hotel. Their blanket has multiple holes. Only zero power light in their washroom. Very dim light in room. Dirty unhygenic room ..

The hotel manager/owner/staff is very helpful and friendly. I stayed here for 6 days. It is cheaper than any other nearby hotels. 4-5kms from udupi railway station, nearby auto stand also available.Initially you might feel the smell of nearby BAR. But there is absolutely no smell or any other disturbance when you are inside your room.

Prior to my arrival, informed them and all set for my check-in at 6.00 AM. Did check-in at 7.30 AM. All amenities were set and room was neat and clean. As I am not native, I faced some difficulty in reaching the hotel. Better to set a proper location graph for easy access.Checked-out at 5.30 PM.Thank you team for your wonderful service !

Budget hotel. More or less clean. Good food, good preparation. Reasonable price. However, breakfast is not available. They bring it from outside on request. Lunch and dinner available. Bar facilities are available. One problem is nothing available before 9=30 morning, even morning tea. Overall, good budget hotel.

Rooms are quite good and clean. Restaurant is also there with room service. Lift facility is available. Interior design will give some extraordinary feeling. Auto-strand is within 1minute walking distance.

The location is a bit far from tiger circle, a richshaw would be suggested. The cusine includes Chinese followed by the Indian one. The service starts from 12.00. Dont keep a due for breakfast if you prefer this place. Theres an rickshaw stand at very close distance. The room is value for money, so is the service.

4 KMS from Udupi railway station. Serene environment. Help desk is very efficient. Restaurant and Bar nearby. Parking available. All at affordable price. All in all, decent and affordable.

When we checked in; the rooms were dirty as they weren’t cleaned prior to our arrival. But they somehow managed to a do a quick cleanup which still wasnt very satisfactory but I guess that’s what you get for cheap price point. Nevertheless it’s a budget hotel and check in at your risk.

I have stayed in swagat Inn last four five times as I am visiting manipal monthly once, the hotel is new, the rooms are good, but the thig they are lacking is maintenance and cleaning, if they look Into it swagat will be the best hotel in that budget as you see in the photos every where hairs only

Terrible rooms along with being terribly cheap. On checkout I asked them if they had cleaned the room before check-in, they said of course. Then I told them I found cigarette buds on the floor and his reply was that the room is cheap and I shouldnt complain. I guess you could say you get what you pay for.
