Property is practicing all the necessary and required safety protocols; room is very clean and tidy and is sanitized well in advance. Had a very good experience and loved our stay, food was delicious but needed consistency! Staff was courteous and helpful esp. Mr. Vijay from Front desk was very helpful.

The rooms are tidy. Food is alright.I was disappointed with the house keeping and the others responsible for the upkeep. I had ordered dinner in room and the plates were not cleared up even at check out the next evening.I went out at 9 am and came to get some rest at 1 pm and found the room not made and the dirty plates and cutlery still in the room. What was astonishing was that even after I telephoned the front desk and asked for it to get done. It was not done. They still there at check out at 3 pm!! Amazing.Won’t go back there.

The room and the view were great and it was very clean and luxurious. The food except for the morning buffet was a disaster. I tried south indian biryani which was salty and felt like made with readymade biryani masala. I also tried their grilled chicken sandwich which was like ready-to-eat sandwiches you can find in supermarkets. It felt like they were taking me for granted since I am staying there. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good. Maybe due to my very low expectations.

Among the best places in Manipal for a quick stay. Stayed 3 nights. The rooms were clean and the bathroom are really great.The breakfast was included in the price and was regular south indian fare. The place lives up to the reputations of its brand. Nothing more to say about it. Special mention is the staff, particularly at its restaurant. They make you feel pampered, take care of you and make sure that you spend a premium time here. Though my stay here was short but I enjoyed being here and hope to return here again.

The suite was amazing. The view outside was very good. The food here is a bit expensive but tasty nonetheless. The top floor restuarant has great view and nice to just sit and dine.The only issue we had is that the hallways and corridors were almost always stinking of cigarette smoke. We reported the issue at the reception as the common alleyway outside the room would literally be filled with smoke and no ventilation but we didnt see any changes done unfortunately.Apart from that, the location, the room, the food were good.

Over hyped, sub standard hotel . Had booked the room online and prices were all inclusive of taxes for two nights. Since Manipal doesn’t have any other options had booked this property.When we arrived the reception area was untidy,and we were informed at the desk that there was an issue with the hot water since we had no option after a 7hr long drive we were allocated a room , and after spending few hours in the room we noticed the room was dusty and and also there were bed bugs , after informing the help desk they changed the room . The hotel rooms are quite old and do not provide any good feeling. Both the days they had power cuts and we felt asif we are in a village and there outdated backup took 10 mins to resort power .wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Also at the time of checkout the front desk guys are demanding taxes ,had to show them the online booking details which they had no idea about and finally they agreed that taxes were included.Also they over charge for all the food or water or anything you order. Better to order from zomato or Swiggy. Also for hygiene I would rate them zero and also they have kept the hotel restaurant open for dine in during Covid time were there is crowd daily and they are not following any Covid protocols .

The resort we booked was terrible and we had to book 2 rooms last minute. It was easy and confirmed within minutes. The food their is excellent and clean. The staff is great too! 10/10 would recommend if you need a nice place to stay in manipal.

Nice place if you are travelling for work or on vacation with family and friends. The staff are very courteous and customer oriented. The restaurant is also great. The entire staff serves you with a smile on their face and are always on their toes. Mr. Steevan took good care of us when we visited the restaurant

Why dont you provide basic parking facilities to tourist cars?? there is no proper washroom, no changing room for drivers. why dont you think little for the drivers??? are they not humans? how shabby is your basement? go and see the condition of drivers stinking bathroom...if possible please take bath in that bathroom once. if you people dont improve mentally then how others??? I dont see difference between your mentality and that stinking drivers bathroom. uuff

The rooms are not very spacious ….and expensive also…I checked in at 12 in the night and had requested for a late checkout…I asked for a late checkout of 2 hours extra and they agreed…I had a bad morning because the bathroom flush was broken and wasn’t working …the manager incharge started calling and Was forcing to checkout early…when I said I had requested before for a late checkout and hardly spent time in the hotel…I paid the full amount and since I travelled with family I had to look at everything and checkout late…I was told to pay 2000 more for the late checkout…so overall it was a utter disappointment and waste of money ! Staff also weren’t friendly..

Location of hotel is great just outside Manipal university gate.The buffet is tasty and variety of food items. We enjoyed our stay for 5 days.😊I booked for 5 nights stay and fully satisfied with ameneties and food.

Stayed for two nights with family. Felt safe with the precautions taken around Covid. Friendly and helpful staff. Service at Mosaic was fantastic.

Over priced. Not so great. They claim to be 4 star. But its a 3 star. We stayed in a 3 star hotel the previous day and had a good experience. I dont see anything special about Country inn. Other 3 star hotels also provide the sanitized rooms. We have previously stayed in Radisson blue, Mysore and was expecting the same standards. Rooms are small. No valet parking service and no parking place too. Then the security asked for the keys and had parked the car in a muddy place and the next morning we went in search of a car and the security and other front office folks were not bothered about our inconvenience.

Room service is very bad , they forget the orders and argue and give explanations leading to arguments. Yesterday I gave for dinner it took one and half hours to deliver and had ti call multiple timea for serving spoons , fork and etc . Never expected to his kind of service from Country Inn

Great food that tastes truly authentic, and also very consistently thoughtful customer service (Mr. Michael DSouza is always happy to make recommendations, really taking the time to ask about what your likes/dislikes are, and package the food very carefully for takeout, separating cold/hot foods, etc). The extra attention and courtesy by Mr. Michael DSouza and his entire team makes this place stand apart from many others.

Not a very friendly place ...reception desk only keeps adding extra charges and dont bother about cx .. they are not bothered about cx comfort and just want to keep charging cx for unwanted reasons .. resturant dont take proper instructions on food order and deliver wrong dish to cx . Spa service s over charged and unnecessary charges are added without cx consent . beware while checking in here u will be extra charged and wrong dishes would come to you . not recommended for family ...never would return here back . not recommended.. would not recommend my family and friends to visit here . worst experience .

I am not sure about the hotel, but the roof top restaurant is decent. Bit overpriced and food just average, but location is nice. Service is sometimes ok, sometime poor, not very consistent.

Being located 5-10 mins away from the various MAHE educational institutions is THE best thing about this hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights to get our child settled in at the hostel so it was a convenient hotel. Rooms are clean but our room had mold on the wall. Dont know if its the linen but all of us had mild rash on our arms and face every morning. Food is mediocre to bad. The morning breakfast buffet is dull and boring. There are much better restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Oh yes.....if you have a spa appointment just know that the hotel GM can move it to 7pm in the night because he wants his VIP guests to be given preference!!! Pathetic!Update: In reply to the hotel response, I did not receive any complimentary service. It was billed to my room and paid by me during checkout. So pls get your details right before responding ok?

This one is the best of all in the entire Udupi. Starting from its quick check in, cleanliness, hygiene, sanitization, etc to room service, laundry service etc. All are just perfect. Last week I stayed here for 7 days & just felt like home. The entire staffs are too good, humble, kind & helpful.The rooms are beautiful. Well furnished. The big window gives you a great view of the outside world. Looks spacious too. Linens were clean & well maintained.In house restaurant Mosaic is just awesome. Food is just mind blowing. Fresh & delicious.Parking is available outside but limited basement parking. Front desk people & manager are quite helpful. The Mosaic restaurants ladies are very good, kind & hardworking. Just felt male chauvinism attitude to the restaurant ladies. Heard petty things ( observation after 7 days)🤣 But all seems to be nice.Overall a great experience in this place. Highly recommended to all.

It is one of the best places to stay at Manipal-Udupi. Worth the price. Well maintained property. Shruthi at the front office was very obliging and did a hassle free checkin and check out. Diana, the therapist at the spa is highly professional. The roof top bar is wonderful. Breakfast buffet was quite luxurious. Would look forward to stay during my future visits.

I booked for 4 for nights from 10th to 14th Feb 2021,on the night of 13th at 11 o clock,someone was trying to get into the room,when asked they said room was allotted to them. I was staying in the room for last 3 days and somehow the room was allotted to another customer. Front desk guy says it was a mistake. I didn’t know such mistakes also occur. House keeping people said bath towels were not available and promised to get within half hour,never heard from them again. Moreover the duty manager was not available to take my complaint.

Stay - Good... Food - Good, limited choices in Menu and definitely not for fish lovers.House keeping needs a serious improvement. Staff looks lost and ala carte services take a lot of time.

I would also like to mention about Sushovan Deb (hope got his spelling right) that he did a super excellent job in making up our room. It was spick and span, and the decoration on the bed was just awesome. We had a tiring day only to be welcomed by the super pleasant made up room by him. Made us very pleased and shook off all the fatigue. Also the guard was extremely helpful .. loved his passion for work. Dont know his name but he was Nepali I believe. He helped us in a lot of areas. Rest of the staff also was excellent and service was great. Breakfast was great too. We have already recommended this place to a few travellers, and we will visit for sure when we are there. The only thing that needs a bit sprucing up is the parking.. not much hassle as of now too.. but still.

We stayed in the hotel for couple of days and the room was very good. Food served was good and tasty. One suggestion is that veg starters could have been better and veg rice could have been included in the buffet. All the staff were very courteous and responded for all our queries immediately. I would like to thank Prasanth, Praveen, Diwakar for being helpful to us during our stay.

I had a great massage at the Country Inn Spa by Radisson, Manipal - Udupi on the 6th floor. Diana is one of the best massage therapists, I have ever met. She worked the knots out of my should blades and neck. I found the ambiance and the music really soothing, and the staff were very comforting and made me feel at home.The therapist Diana seemed to be thoroughly trained and very professional in her work. It was one of the most amazing spa experience I have had in a long time.Keep up the good work guys!

We went on a weekday afternoon for lunch. A perfect set up by the pool. Fortunately the weather was on our side and it didnt rain so we could enjoy our experience. The food and the view on a perfect weather day will make your experience even more delightful.There is a special combo available for draught beer lovers. They provide draught beer along with a chicken starter available in three types of different varieties. Also according to your requirement and number of people, you can choose between a glass, a pitcher and a tower of beer. The pitcher combo is only for ₹649. Totally worth the money!We also tried dimsums. The stuffing was soft and well cooked, also the covering was soft and delicious to binge on too!We were too full and could try the main course. But were sure that would be great too.

No hygiene maintained, hotel was not properly sanitized...,,waitresses were only one person who was doing table cleaning and serving without washing her hands....no place for parking ..you need to park it on the road side if you find place ( Bhagwan Bhrose) ..food was bit expensive not too good, breakfast menu Buffett was also not so impressive or diverse. The elevator reeked of a smell tooI am disappointed with the hygiene maintenance during this pandemic . Never saw any sanitization being done during our stay..There were also flies in the restaurant![Mosaic]

Worst Buffet Experience at Mosaic Restaurant last night. Everything on Buffet is tasteless and nothing is worth for the price that you pay. Service is dead slow and there is acute shortage of staff. Management needs to introspect on this so that they don’t lose on the guests. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
