This is a Junction & hub area, traffic will be busy, and cops are usually here waiting to charge fine, some cops you cant even make out when they will pop up in front of you.Do follow all the traffic rules and regulation.Always wear your helmet & be Safe.

Not worth it.They not provide good service but always ask for rent.They dont clean the rooms regularly. They will tell we have wifi but it doesnt work more of the days its only for name sake.No plug point inside the room, Ironing is not allowed in upstairs available only in ground floor.They dont provide good clean food.The rats will visit cooking areas and dinning room and make place dirty. The management dont come to see all these problems .

Drainage leakage frequent.Newerthless the mcc are trying to fix it frequently.Busy traffic, difficult to cross roads because of speeding vehicles

Lacks traffic control lights. Most of the buildings here are without parking area or with minimal parking.

Its not at all worth the price. They dont clean the rooms regularly. Everyone doesnt get the food its like who goes 1st they get. Whatever they tell just dont trust in them ask that in writing. I did a mistake by trusting the management. The management is just money sake there because if a student has any functions or any sport and comes little late they tell to stay outside itself this is a best example. This was my experience.

One of the top places in mangalore, good place to be, you have good restaurants and a five star hotel right near the circle, the heart of the city.
