Pathetic service . Had given my laptop for Keyboard related issues , where as later got to know it was only driver related issues . And only an formatting and OS installation would have fixed it. But these guys replaced the original Keyboard with a duplicate one but charged us the price of an original Keyboard and the Keyboard didnt last for more than a month. They dont even deserve 1 star. Please dont get ur laptops serviced here , because i can guarantee that the original components of the laptop will be replaced

Thieves! DO NOT waste your hard earn money here. I gave them Lenovo Z510 laptop with 8GB of Ram and came back as 4GB, intel i7 processor was replaced by Pentium since wasnt booting these had nice ride. Go for authorised service centres these are shameless thieves. Cheap always comes at a cost

I had given my Cabinet to be changed. I got a shock when I got back my computer. Everything from the display to the wallpaper had changed. There was a cut in the middle with 2 copies of wallpapers as screen.They had meddled with my hard disk & removed all my security softwares. A guy from that religion came, sat near me & operated all the vulgar videos installed by them. He said those security softwares were not needed. Hence removed. I had to call him several times because my computer had become unsteady. He said there were viruses which caused the vulgar videos. Meanwhile the owner would never attend my phone call. I had to call Inet Solutions in order to restore my computer back to what it was & believe me you, they did it for free of charge. I wouldnt advise anybody to take their services without removing their hard disk or whatever is important for them.

These are people who really need to know what customer service is I had given my laptop to do basic troubleshooting which could be done within one day, they couldnt even do that also told them give me my laptop back will give it to a place with better customer service even that these ppl couldnt do over that those were so rude. I would kindly request evryone plz dont prefer this place!!!

Service is not so good. Lady who takes the call thinks she is an English Vocabulary. She dont know how to behave with customers. Hope this will help her improve.
