Service involves a pretty sophisticated procedure ,likr the medicine has to be exchanged between a couple of hands to reach the customer and consequently it consumes a lot of time! Otherwise theres no complaint about the Service! Very well equipped and the staff are polite.

Had been to this pharmacy for 3 times in last 10 days. Very poor response. Untrained staff. There were hardly any customer and they took more than 20 min to give the simple medicine. THE SCARY PART IS TWO PEOPLE VERIFY THE MEDICINE AND STILL THEY MANAGED TO GIVE WRONG MEDICINE. I AM VERY SCARED OF THIS MEDICAL. YOU WILL BE RISKING YOUR LIFE IF YOU ARE TAKING THE MEDICINE WITHOUT CHECKING. DONT KNOW HOW COULD THEY MAKE SUCH MISTAKE. And even billing willl be done wrongly. If doctor suggest 10 tablets. These people will be any hesitant to give 20 tablet. Just for billing. They think they are the big medical shop and careless about what they give. LETS BE CAREFUL.

Pathetic service. Waited patiently for half n hour for a person who told she will check and come back and then asked most people in the counter about the whereabouts of the missing staff. Since there was no response from the staff even after asking them what to do, returned without the medicines. All this while, the CRO stood watching the drama. 😡

A large medical shop, having all allopathic medicines, syrups, surgicals, nutritional care products, and some health and fitness products also. If they do not have any particular medicine, they do provide its alternative instantly, cooperative, supportive and well behaving staff, across the 5 counters, having all types of payment options available.

It is a good place but some of the staff are unfortunately not well-trained. There is a heavy delay in dispensing the drugs. There are better medical stores available in the city. But the prime location and 24*7 availability are major positives.

One of the best pharmacies in the City.They have a good stock of medicines, and usually do manage to complete a prescription.Staff is competent, polite and helpful.Parking is available.Best of all- No Plastic bags, they provide alternative bags.24 hours service, and they do not mind you disturbing them in case some urgent medicine is needed.Home delivery is not always available- but they tell you directly if the service is not available, they do not keep you hanging.Radha Medicos are competent.

I would like to thanks the owner for this initiative because he is helping to people, I remember when I was in Nashik in emergency I wanted some medicine I wondered across Nashik whole night, I had asked many hospital to give medicine but nobody didnt help. Now I have been in Mangalore and same situation happened here then I came to know about Radha medical and I got the medicine on time. Good... Less parking space though.

I went to get a pain killer. Needed 7 tablets. I was told I Hav to buy either 5 or ten tablets. Its preposterous. Govt has passed No rules forcing us to buy in multiples of 5. Drugs are expensive and still out of reach in many parts of India. To think about the waste of drugs is horrible. I bought three tablets more which I wont be using and will throw at some point.It is a tactic by pharmacies to make their money. Dosent matter how plush the pharmacy is if they dont have ethics.

The best pharmacy in MangaloreThey have two pharmacies in Mangalore, this one and another one in Bendoor Well. One in Bendoor Well is the biggest with a self service for items other than medicines. Yes, they do have a supermarket with the pharmacy. Both are open 24 hours and you can even buy biscuits if you are hungry in the late night.
