No response via call. How are we even supposed to get in touch? Not everyone could travel till your office. Im not sure whether DTDC service is hopeless or their staffs in Mlore.

When i tried calling customer service i literally was waiting for 13 min, and once again when i i called i was waiting for 8 min, the person picked up and rejected the phone, i literally wasted my time by calling those peoples, its so unresponsive,DTDC having customer service and not having customer service is all same👏
