We tried their chole bhature loved it. Bhature good quanity is there and it taste good.We tried Aloo Paratha also it was good in taste but in Aloo Paratha they didnot provide any pickle or curd... Very homely and comfy diner. I loved the ambience and the traditional North Indian food. The food is elite and just yummy (つ✧ω✧)つ. The service is good too with the staff being friendly. It was kind of busy when we went but if you like the vibe where you sit and enjoy your food while people bustle about, this is a must visit place for you.

The yummiest punjabi restaurant you ll find in mangalore...each and every dish is delicious. Purely punjabi restaurant..they have even introduced breakfast recently. No one can return back without tasting their kesar pista malai lassi. Prices are slightly higher then the other restaurant but it’s worth the price.

Have been a long term customer.From 10 years ago and until now , uttam dhabas strength is curries and value for money.Their curries are really good. Service in the restaurant also is very good.At the same time , their weakness is rotis. The rotis are not really upto the mark compared other north indian restaurants.

This cute little place is awesome. The food is very delicious. Service is really quick. Ambience of the place is good. They have made many improvements from before. We had malai paneer, roti, lassi, dal thadka, Punjabi special sabzi. The lassi here is thick and has cashew nuts which is yum. Do visit for some great food.

Pure veg authentic punjabi food. Prepared by family members.Paneer (in paneer tikka masala) was soft and delicious. (Photo was taken after part serving, otherwise the portion is full).Uttam special malai lassi (₹ 100) is worth a try, it is thick, less sweet and with cashews.Since last 2 months, the restaurant is with AC and TV (muted) + sound system with bollywood tracks.Visit there or order on Zomato.

I heard a lot about this vegetarian dhaba from a friend of mine who is working at Infosys, kottara. This is just 5 min away from Infosys and a staple for them.We ordered Lassis, Hyderabad dum biriyani, butter kulcha and paneer kadai.As you can see, I was not able stop slurping that lassi (Yeah, when its that thick, you cant take a sip, slurrrrrpp) before the picture was taken. It was thick, sweetened to the optimum level.Butter kulcha was soft and pluffy and went well with paneer kadai.Hyderabadi biriyani was yum. If you are a vegetarian and you get cheated always on the name of biriyani (many a times it taste like fried rice) this is the place to go dude! Perfect place for vegetarians.

Charges are higher quality is not good, kind of OK. Specifically the uttam special lassi and normal lassi almost same charges are double. Makke ki roti 🥙 was ok and sarso ka dag too. If any one wants phulke visit. Dont expect much.

I am really upset...they have renovated the entire ambience thats ok... Why the hell they have changed their taste of dishes...Before it was the best in town Punjabi daaba... But recently I was really shocked by the taste.. completely changed and not like before... I would suggest the owner to maintain their taste or cook.

The rates are little bit high, but good to have pure north indian test. One suggestion is that tawa roti quality should be improved to like ghar ki roti.

I am pure vegetarian and this restaurant is one of the best if not the best in this area..They have varieties of curries (their speciality is Punjabi ofcourse) and others are really tasty as well.Try their Kulcha, Kaju masala, mushroom tikka masala.. Enjoyed having food here. A small hotel with good punjabi food options. I have ordered for paneer paranthan, gobi paranthan, plane roti, dhal tadka and lassi. Food was served hot, lassi was thick and sweet. I would definitely prefer visiting again. Advantage of visiting would be it is a pure vegetarian hotel.

Small place yet outstandingly tasty, typical of a Punjabi Dhaba. Not much of ambience but the allechant food more than makes up for it. The baingan ka bartha, the khameeri roti, the phulka, few paneer dishes, their chaas & lassi (right amount of thickness n with bites of dry fruits) are simply exceptional and is light on the pocket as well. Go enjoy a nice dinner or lunch here & come out with your hunger satiated.

I had ordered on Zomato pro from this restaurant seeing the 4.3 rating and many positive reviews but I was really dissapointed with the food. The Gobi Manchurian was smelly, probably yesterdays left over was used and this spoilt my experience. The paneer tikka masala was ok and the rotis were good. The baby corn chilli was also just ok. The high prices dont justify the quality. I dont recommend this place. Zomato is providing low quality restaurants as part of pro membership. Pathetic experience!
