Classy ambience.Good options on the menu for someone with a sweet tooth or even some savoury short-bites.The service is quick, polite and warm.They have amazing collections of chocolates, assorted nuts, mints and everything else on the counter!They even have amazing options for pre-order cakes. Almost all flavours are yummy, with good , minimal customising options.There is good parking space offered by the Empire Mall.

The ambiance isnt great. We ordered a Tandoori Paneer Pizza, and a Veg Burger Combo. The combo came with a burger, some fries and a cappuccino. Although the combo was okayish, the pizza was not at all value for its price. Didnt risk to try any desserts here as they seemed to be overpriced.

My 3rd visit and this place still has loads to try. A true place for chocolate and Mexican snack lovers. They have wonderful varieties in Milkshakes, Sandwiches, Rolls, Pizzas, Chocolate Sundaes and the famous Fondue as well, a must try.

Death by chocolate cake wasnt that great. Lemon tea tasted worth plz dont try. Chicken nuggets tasted good. cappuccino was presented in a very good way also tasted well. Ambience and service is good.

Nothing great. Had a lot of expectations. Overpriced food. Good variety of items. But the banana and marshmallow chocolate pizza had barely any toppings. Could have been so much better. The white lady shot was just a hot milk shot and not milk chocolate as we were informed by the waiter.

It was my one of the worst experience ever .I ordered a pizza and French fries.And there was no hot chocolate in the chocolate room😂 yesterday.The pizza was so small for ₹360I was shocked by seeing that small pizzaNot worth for what you pay. The attenders were standing and staring at me while eatingI was exited when I entered but I was upset when i saw the food. Even the pizza worth ₹360 didnt taste good. The cost is too high for the quality .I even didnt understand the menue😂 .even afterbpaying ₹360 for such a small pizza we dont get cold air from the ACIt may cost ₹2000 for two people because stmoch will never fill because of less quantity and high cost. chocolate room 8n in the upper 1st floor in empire mall. If you love chocolate and ready to spend 🤑 its best place for you.bit of you go order the chocolate items and never but the pizza because the pizza taste is bad and the cheese on the top was like plastic . Ill never go back there again. Truly NOT authentic food. The Alfredo sauce has Indian masala flavor, enchilada tasted like aloo/corn paratha, don’t serve soft drink, don’t serve water if you don’t ask them, very poor service. I do not recommend!They might have few food that is edible. Pizza, Alfredo pan pasta.

A place that serves excellent waffles & delicious Mexican cuisine!! The chicken fajitas were excellent & the chocolate waffles with vanilla ice cream were simply mouth watering.

It is the first time I went to Chocolate Room and definitely I can say without any doubt that I would love to suggest that place to anybody.I am not a very chocolate loving person but still I felt the place is excellent. And you shouldnt actually categorise this place as a place just for chocolate lovers.They have much more.. Pizza, sandwich, pasta.. The menu is actually too big that I dont recall also.The cakes there are so yummy . We ordered frappe and shakes which was above average. The shots were different but somehow we could not actually differentiate between the types of shots. The thin crust of the Pizza is so yummy and crispy that I can go to this place over and over to grab a bite of the pizza.I dont know much about the other dishes but from whatever I have had its a must visit place in Mangalore. They even gave us complementary chocolates too. And they give gift vouchers also which can be redeemed later on during the next visit.Go and Enjoy at this place!!!!

Well looking into the reviews I tried the Fondue but that wasnt as expected! Its just dipping the Strawberries/Marshmallows/Etc in the chocolate syrup which would required about 3-4 ppl for whole dish. Well this place would be ideal only for serious chocolate lovers.
